But 1000+ hp in another mustang is ok ?? At least this is original. He should have put it in a 1 ton truck; it would be decent in the 1/4 mile (considering) and he'd have a frame that could handle some of the torque for towing...

1000 HP is fine in any car...if its able to be put to the ground...but the sheer weight of that engine will slow it down so much it would probably run the same times as a 300 HP car.

Granted a engine built for a TANK will not help your power/weight ratio any.

 

But again, that things putting out over 1000 ft/lbs of TORQUE. Assuming it doesn't just wrench the chassis apart, the thing is bound to be a beast.
