  1. I am going to add to this...... IF........ you have the Trail Master susp lift, or you have a combination of 3" BL and 4" SL, there is no Rancho listed for the Pathfinder that fits. (oh trust me, I know now! event he Rancho 9000XL is about 4-5" too short!) Go direct to Trail Master to get the shocks that fit. I will post p/n's when I have access to them. (they are listed right on Trail Masters site)
  2. a lot of people think "well, it wasn't that dirty" or "it can't be that effective"............ you'd be wrong. when you take the MAF off, there are just 2 tiny wires running across it...... take a q-tip with rubbing alcohol on it and GENTLY clean the wires..... both my trucks MAF's were dirty (no, there wasn't big brown stains all over the q-tip lol)and on one truck the CEL turned off. finally lol
  3. well hello there stranger! hope you had a great x-mas

  4. lmao @ Fueler. go figure. sorry about the white stuff.... I hear it's comin this way though :)

  5. also make sure you have the belt tight enuff and it's not slipping more than a tooth as you rotate back to TDC also, the belts usually do slip 1 tooth. anything more than 2 and you need to check your tension.
  6. even without a front sway bar you won't get much flex.. gotta love the IFS *le sigh* not worth messin with til you do the SaS
  7. i have never liked the flares, and will never put them back on. i was lucky and had minimal damage to mini's fenders from them rubbing, with king, not so lucky. i have bare metal marks all the way around the fenders from his flares. now i have to sand down and re paint all his fenders so they don't rust off out here
  8. in CA i know your tires can't stick out more than 2" (mini's do and i got pulled over once for it in CA). here in indiana i am not running flares on either of my trucks now. just took kings after market flares off this week and have had no issues with cops. mini hasn't had flares in 3 years
  9. several peeps have relocated their ECU's to the glove box

  11. daaaaaaaamn! sorry bout the pathy! looks bad. glad everyone is ok. hope yer cousin recovers nicely.
  12. i had the same problem with king, and yes, it was my tre's. i have had no issues since with his steering since i changed all 4 tre's and got a fresh alignment. go SaS if you can afford it, have another DD you can use, and it's cost effective for you. i'm going to sas king this winter
  13. damn, that's so sad i will not be driving either of my babies in the winter in indiana..... they are CA trucks, and i'd like to keep them in that condition. i'll be buying a winter beater when i get there next week shame eyr not closer, just saw a lifted pathy, blue, 90, fer $2500 here (too much but it was nice)
  14. ugh, looked again.... wtf. a BLUE GASKET???? never seen a BLUE gasket before. mine have all been black...... *le sigh* go figure......
  15. very pretty!!!! but it's not the head gaskets you changed but valve cover gaskets. still a PITA tho lols. nice work. wish i was that clean with the blue goop! *edit* ah, i see you put "head cover gaskets" well then. lols..... apparently it was i who hit the language barrier lols
  16. first off, how BAD is this "knock"?? have you ever changed the maifold studs? cuz they can lead you to believe it's a knock/valve tap........ is it running fine? is the knock only on start up? need more info......
  17. myoriginal 5 speed is still goin strong at 176k king's auto was rebuilt by nissan with po at 185k....... now has 205k with me
  18. i absolutely need to drop mine (specially with no sway bar) . i know mark did a good set up for his lines. i can't find the link right now but if you look under msavides posts you should find it
  19. where are you located? i may be vurry interested
  20. not unless you were on rugged rocks off road last year... i was going to sell him last year. he is no longer for sale....... in fact, he gets to enjoy our new home for 3 months (ang get custom front & rear bumpers int he mix) before me n mini me arrive lmfao........ spoiled pathy!
  21. both my rigs (91 & 92) have the h2o pump pictured below yours...... i would go with the 4cyl 2wd thing
  22. *coughs* yah, when i wanted to do full coverage to drive king to indiana, my agent lou (been my ins agent for 11 yrs) asked about king's mods. when i told her, she said to stfu and stay quiet.(they have to take PICS for full coverage here) if the insurer knew, they would CANCEL king's insurance cuz of his mods.......... so i stfu and am keeping plpd til he gets to indiana............
  23. fuel pressure should be 43 i believe. if i remember right (don't ask drunk people to be precise lol).... i had a bad fuel pump even tho it made "the noise" with iggy on...... it would cut out while running......... then kick in and so on...
