Only in Barbados THis am(1.30) wifey and I hear a noise sounding like metal being cut, sounds like downstairs.Dogs start a racket and all cats come flying into bedroom. Hear strange noise again. Wifey calls police and tells them she thinks our house is being broken into. After 45 mins, no police so she calls back......... cop asks her if she went outside to check if there is a burgular! Cops come by at 3.00 AM{ police station is five min drive}. Turns out someone drive shaft dropped off right outside my house and that was the noise{ came through the closed road} see dumb.

My house lies between two major roads, that meetlike the tip of a triangle, one of the roads has been closed for repairs, yet people still try to use it. This weekend i saw three cars and a landrover get stuck. One guy in a car tried to turn around and his wheel went into a ditch, one tried to use a dirt track and got stuck in the mud . The guy in the landrover tried to keep going, but got stuck when he tried to climb a gravel pile and grounded off, with all four wheels in the air . If i had my camera i would have taken pics, it looked so hilarious, my wife and i laghed for at least ten miniutes.

parts are hard to come by out here, but i want a tranny cooler, i want to hit the junk yard tomorrow, so i wondered are there any vehicles that come with a tranny cooler, that would fit a 93 pathy?

my turbo is doing the same thing.... has been for nearly a year!! You could buy a kit with all the stuff from a good Nissan dealer{ not here in barbados}. Thats why I have not fixed mine yet. Diesel RUles

ok...maybe i can actually help. My pathy has all that stuff, including LSD. It's Stock cause it isdamn near impossible to get things for the pathy here in paradise.

ah well i got a new amp today and hooked it up..... sounds sweet, i am not going to ask the the guy for all the money for the new amp, just about $500.00{USD$250} as it cost me $750. PS.... its an Audio Pipe and it is wiked

got my path back from being painted today... but my -argue- *&%@#@$^&&* amp got jacked while at the shop but the guy who owns the shop told me buy a new one and send him the bill so i"ll do that tomorrow and take some pics.

Gas here in Barbados is about $4.00 US a gallon{thats$8.00 bds}. That's why my pathy is diesel powered. oh well thays life in the tropics!

man can i relate... my baby is getting painted and I have not driven it for over two weeks, i do miss her. I hope to get her back tomorrow and can't wait. I used to call her "big ugly" but her new name will be "Lammtarra".

if i had the bucks.... i would go with a range rover... the best 4x4 by far

well my diesel pathy is turbo charged.. but it is still sluggish, if you want more speed... buy a racecar

that is a good question? i don't know, but i changed the viscous stuff about 6 nonths ago so it should be. Planning to remove that anyway and add an electrical one as soon as i can find one in a junkyard. Not many pathys on the island, maybe i could get one from a Nissan maxima

this is weird ... i can drive my path flat out, or up hill without the ac on and the temp barely gets to half way..but if i try it with the ac on... it starts to overheat? I have in a custom made 3 core radiator.if i slow down or am on flat roads..the temp drops back to normal quickly.

my pathy is turbo charged...ok it is a 2.4 turbo diesel...but it is still tcharged.

is your rig diesel powered? try flushing the entire system using a commercial flushing agent... i had a similar problem with my disel engine and that helped...

hi, i've got a diesel powered pathy, it is giving trouble to start, but i can't for the life of me find the starter or solenoid swith :confused: ... where the !@#$%^@#$%^ is it? :furious:

my most shameful experience was when I was a jockey. The jocks room was on thetop floor of a two storey building, and the girls would all hang out in front the jocks room between races and flirt with us while we were in the veranda. One gold cup day(the biggest day of our racing year) I finnished my rides for the day just before the gold cup race. Just as I stepped out the shower, I heard a lot of noise from the grand stand,and thinking the race had started ran onto the verandah while drying my hair, the race had not started and all the girls were still in front the jocks room......I was completely Nude. All worked out fine in the end, because one on the girls must have liked what she saw,cause i had one more ride that night!
