It's Aral Fully Synthetic 5w-30 Long Life oil. I was thinking about changing the oil, just wanted to make it to 5000 mile.

Last time I checked my tires pressure it was 30psi Today I've checked and it was 32. how is it possible? Checks were done on cold tires. Could spring bring more pressure to my tires? Also Is 2 psi difference dangerous to the tire wear?

Hello I've Nissan Pathfinder 2003 SE. I've noticed that there is no protective front skid plate, but I've found a piece of plastic mounted under my front bumper. So I assume there was one. Can you confirm that it had factory installed plastic shield and if yes where can I get one? I don't do any offroad other than driving country road that is kinda old tarmac with holes. I would feel more safe to know that accidentally thrown stone or anything won't get stuck under my hood.

Hello My car was missing one lug nut at the rear wheel. I've purchased one some time ago. A friend of mine tried to bolt it but the lug nut dud not want to go smooth. So he used a little force and now my lug nut is damaged inside. We tried other lug nuts from the same wheel but it seems that the bolt that is mounted on the rear drum is damaged. Can wheel stud be replaced?

Yes we have salvage yard and I hate to go there. That would be the last thing I do. Does not it matter if one of the nuts is not the same length thus not the same weight? I mean if I find some nut that is shorter than the original ones I will have one side lighter than the other like I have it today. Does it affect tire wear or balance?

Actually I did 105 and the engine could go easily on but I was afraid and slowed down I did not check the tire pressure for about 3 months and don't know when the previous owner did the wheel alignment. Is it a good idea to do just the wheel alignment/balance and rotation before I do rotor resurface?

Hello I've got Nissan Pathfinder 2003 SE. I noticed that If I press brakes in the speed range 80-90 miles/h the steering is not stable, like going left and right. What could it be? Without breaks the car is going nice and smooth at any speed.

Instructions say that one should remove negative battery cable. Why is it necessary? Also on this image I clearly see where 4 screws are located but the image is unclear when pointing to the middle up 2 screws. My guess is that 2 middle up screws are located side by side on the same line as the outer ones. So we've got 4 on the top and 2 on the bottom. Is that right?

Hello I've got 2003 SE. I've looked into the maintenance schedule and it says that I should change Microcabin filter in every 12 months and also there is a asterisk saying that that feature might be optional. How should I check if my car has that filter and where it's located?

I've imported this vechicle from US and when I checked the ATF level it was really low, actually it could not be read from the stick. After that technican added some fluid and I've driven about 500 miles and when he checked again the level he told me that there is no need to change the ATF completely. Check engine is not on. Also I noticed that the problem is not here when the engine is cold, after it has warmed up I get that vibration.

Hello I've got 2003 3.5 SE. I noticed that when I'm stopping on the red my steering vibrates so I can really feel that. After some research I noticed that tachometer goes to 0.5 when the car in D or R and brakes are depressed. If I switch to P or N the engine idles at 0.75 and vibration stops. Thank you for your help in advance.

That's really disappointing. SUV must be equipped with this. My 1991 year ford has that. It's really strange why Nissan has decided not to provide such a capability.
