  1. Hello I've got 2003 pathfinder SE. In my previous car I could adjust my front lights when the car was heavily loaded in order to have good visibility at night. I could not find that tuner in my car. Is it done automatically?
  2. I've updated profile. If I install 70Ah battery with 630CCA will it damage anything in the car? Also is it safe to just disconnect cables and leave a car without power when replacing battery or I should use external source and provide power to the car during the replacement process? Mechanics told me that on some cars when replacing a battery without providing non-interupted power they had problems with the car not starting at all. Processor problems I guess.
  3. Unfortunately I can't find Optima store or someone who sells them. We've got Varta in here and Banner, also Bosch. The problem is that the only battery that fits in the original stand is the Varta's one with 70Ah and 630 CCA. I just don't want to waste the money. Optima recommended 90Ah 720CCA RedTop but I can't get it in here. I'm afraid to spend money and have problems with starting the car in the cold winter when the temperature might go down to -20 Celsius.
  4. Hello I bought Nissan Pathfinder 2003 SE and imported it to europe. Battery went dead and I want to replace it. The problem is that I don't know what would be the best replacement for it. I'm interested in the following parameters: Cold cranking amps (CCA) Cranking amps (CA) Reserve Capacity (RC) If any of you have the battery except the Nissan's OEM one, could you look at it and read that parameters for me? Thank you in advance Vano
  5. Thank you all for the answers. Actually I need a vehicle that will handle snow well on highway and country roads. I'm not going to do some rock crowling but I might happen to drive in light mud. 90% I will drive it in the city. As I understand all mode 4wd (mounted on the console) is more powerful than flour mounted because it has some kind of full time 4wd (that should be used in snow/mud normally) and go to low range when going uphill or downhill. From what I've seen SEs have flour mounted so they don't have full time 4wd. Is that right? Also if I use 4H on snow while driving 60k/h speed will it damage the car? Sorry if I sound confusing but I hope you will understand what concerns me.
  6. Hello I'm going to buy R50 Pathfinder, probably 2001-2004 year. When searching through cars.com or autotrader.com I found that there are SE,LE trims of the pathfinder. I want 4x4 version and as I found out on SEs knob is mounted on the flour and on LEs it's mounted on the console. Is there any difference? I'm also interested what capabilities does R50 have? I know it has 2wd, 4h, 4l modes. Does it have Center Differential Lock and how it's activated? Thank you
