  1. since your source must be white washing the news here is news from Irq: http://apnews.excite.com/article/20050903/D8CCUMO80.html
  2. where is 0? i haven't met any NPORA members.. i have met one that hangs out on the board though.
  3. wheel off --> brake caliper off --> hub off --> undo and separate TRE --> yolke w/rotor loosen --> loosen bjs --> dis-assemble... assemble in reverse order
  4. for step by step pick up a manual.. it's not a bad job but it may take a while... it's not really hard just quite a bit of nut turning.. i bit of pita here and there but nothing too bad... get a bj fork and a bfh.. those should help.. inner and outer seals... might want to repack the bearings.. maybe you ought to inspect cv boots/axles while you're there... might as well take the center link off and test it because if the bjs are gone i would imagine so is the CL... check the pitman and idler arms for excessive play.. and check your tie rod ends (TRE) if you do all the above i'd plan for the truck to be down the weekend the first time you are doing this.. as to moog or not... i'd get whatever has zerk potential.. they last longer if you can shoot some grease in them every oil change or so..
  5. both wheels will spin no matter what. the rest basically what B said.. now, next time you're in that same situation use your brake.. that's right, tap it.. that should engage the lsd.. too much skinny and it will just spin, spin, spin..
  6. http://apnews.excite.com/article/20050902/D8CC7N489.html
  7. i really should have added this there too -bounce-
  8. actually i am going to add one more thing: wow, it took him only 4 days to get down to NOLA.. nice pssd
  9. i actually am pretty sure they had them.. like i said rummy was there in the 80s selling them stuff to combat the spread of iranian revolution. the main point being WE sSOLD it to them.. now, how would that look.. hmm? there is also this thing called posturing.. which Saddam was a master of.
  10. btw. i can't believe that you're still tooting the WMDs, even shrub admitted that there aren't any.
  11. i definitely agree that free press can be a double edge sword but i'll take it over propaganda or deceit. the example you mention is not really journalism and that's what bothers me about the media here.. murders and all that crap is not really news.. there is time for constraint.. either the cops need to keep it under wraps (but then we know what can happen) or the media needs to show better judgment.. hope the station had to at least pay some fines.. that's aiding and abetting a criminal! sorry about the smoking thing but i get a bit riled up when this stuff comes up.. not meant to be taken personally.
  12. my sources tell me that Iran is the one that has/had mustard gas and not Iraq... Alqeada was never in Iraq untill we ivited them in by attacking their mortal enemy SH.. the WMD hunters have gound nothing, NOTHING! read their report.. also read the UNSCOM report on pre-war assesment of Iraq's WMD capabilities.. they didn't have any. the reasons for the war has been shifty the whole time just like the shrub himself.. sometimes oil men want more oil... this war was at least stupid and a huge waste of life and effort.. we sent these young men to the sand box to die intead of having them help out on the Katrina disaster and of course there is that 300billion bucks that is just being burried in the sand.. next thing you'll tell us that the economy is just peachy... smoke up my firend.. smoke up. i suggest you read up more on the MiddleEast and oil because you seem to know something but i am just not sure what the heck it is.. US intel is/was a joke.
  13. well, nice you guys.. WMDs what a joke.. you know they had them, why you ask, well ol' Rummy sold them to Saddam back in the 80s when he worked for Reagan... that's the reason why "we" can't find them.. what would the world think then... Sad used chemical weapons on the marsh arabs in the south.. Halabja is a bit different story that normally is told... Iranians are just as much to blame for that one as Saddam.. look into it.. the truth is out there.. the price of gas is directly linked to US' unprovoked and unjustifiable attack on a once sovereign nation.. Shrub is a thug and everybody who voted him in both times is a freaking moron.. as to the oil markets: there is way more to this then meets the eye but china's consumprion is also a big part of today's price..
  14. other commonwealth countires do have the NG addons.. look into it.. there was a thread all about it a while back somewhere here..
  15. dsm guy, the only thing i am gonna say here is: wow, what a fast acting leader especially the first 10 minutes after the attacks on 9-11...
  16. they say 21 gal bu ti only was able to stuff 19.6 when on fumes.. seems there are 2-3 gal of gas when the light comes on.. around 50mi left...
  17. look at the years under this current ruler.. and then read'em and weep: http://apnews.excite.com/article/20050827/D8C8CDNO1.html
  18. it's not my worries abou the repubs.. we just need a bit of old fashinoed mutiny in DC for a change.. man i hope people elect all new mwmbers... rep or dem it doesn't matter.. yeah, the economy was never any good anyway.. those who think so have been smoking a wee bit much whacky 'baccy... i'll look for a couple of thigs here in a sec... stay tuned
