He's part of a local car club just full of vehicles with unpainted body kits(primer looks soooo good) huge wings, fart-can exhausts etc. One guy took the front clip off a cavalier and put it on a sunfire giving birth to "cavfire". Mind you, there are a couple of nice ones in there, but most of them are idiots. Free Sticker with Every new registration!! Don't even go into the forums to see what they talk about. I think it's some sort of engine conditioner that removes carbon and old fuel deposits from your lines and cumbustion chambers.

hahahaha i see that green escort rolling around town all the time. never tried the stuff btw

I'm building my own at the moment. It's been constructed of 3rd world building materials. See if you can guess what it is . It should be done within the next few days. I dunno about throwing a spare ontop of it, but it sure will hold all my camping and fishing crap.

welcome to the forums derogate. My brother is still selling his 95 SE. It's listed in the vehicles for sale section, If you live around the southern ontario area, you're more then welcome to come by and have a look. The price he's asking is a little better than the one you're looking at judging by milage alone.

My 3" s/l install I installed most of that kit myself. It costs twice as much as a body lift , and be prepared to spend additional cash on other parts during the installation process, but that pretty much goes for anything.

looks like a fun way to spend a rainy day in s. ontario. where's minden in relation to waterloo pez? i'd like to come oput with you guys one afternoon

Tires for me. nothing compares to flooring the truck and feeling it dig down thru the soft mud right before it takes off. Tires will make or break your truck's offroad capability. I have an LSD, but from the sounds of it, they guys with 2wd or open diffs really like the locking rear diff.

Most of ours cost $3 canadian. The wallpapers go for $1.50. We've been working on some ringbacktones (call ringer tunes) at the moment, and those might be a little more. The games are 5 bucks which is kinda steep seeing that most of 'em are crap and all. Rally racing is moderately fun though.

one more kick at the can for jeep owners:

the reason I got the 9600XT was it's the cheapest card that will run halflife 2 in directx9 setting at a reasonable rate: Read here by the looks of it, the ati cards perform much better on that setting then the nvidias. That's the only game I really like to play online. As for the power supply, most of the people i've talked to have said the Antec PSUs are just as good as other brands claiming 400w+ of power. I read alot of reviews before I decided on this one. Sonata Review It's the same case the owner of the store uses and he's reported no problems with it. The ghosting on the LCD was one of my fears but I saw the viewsonic 17"(8ms) in action on a DVI connection and I was extremely impressed with it. Just not the $450 pricetag. I got the audigy card because I do alot of sound editing for the cellphones, plus I want to transfer all of my movies into digital format with the best sound quality possible (i love the surround sound home audio setups) Like I said before, i'm eventaully going to use this thing as the hub of my home entertainment unit. Trailchaser, that's awesome that you've learned how to make your own ringtones! Most of our stuff is for the canadian market, like this: Some of my ringtones (Redeye CopTones--most of the are my voice lololol) We are hoping to get into the american market shortly, but so far, so good., Nice phone BTW.

I'm going from a p3 733 (it used to be a 133, but i upgraded it) with 256mb of ram. I wanted the 9800 card, but i couldn't afford it. I make alot of ringtones for cellphones and animations and such as part of my new job: New employer, so I spent the extra hundred dollars on ram so it doesnt crash. I haven't bought a new computer in 5 years and hopefully with this one, I won't have to for another 5! I'd like to do the dual monitor setup someday, but for now, i think i'm gonna snatch up one of those dell 1905fps (i got a coupon to use on it) When i feel the need to spend more money on it, then i'll go to the dual lcd's. I have a nice 21" viewsonic crt that I can pair up with the LCD at the moment. This thing is gonna eventually run all my home theater stuff, but i'm excited to get my mitts on it none the less! Who knows, i might even edit some offroad flicks on it to post up here.

If your Pathfinder died, what would replace it?
nige replied to Patrick's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
I'd get another Pathfinder. Exact same truck if possible. I haven't seen any other suvs i'd rather have, except maybe for that Nissan patrol that the aussies get. I'd rather get a pickup truck next like an old Tacoma or possibly a '96 hardbody. I'm still waiting to get another Miata at the moment. Most of the newer trucks look like sh!t anyhow. what's with replacing the beautiful chrome bumpers with these plastic p.o.s.? I've really been dissappointed with most new cars that have come out in the last few years. It seems that the designers are listening to the Consumer Reports guys advice for making trucks with "more car-like(i hate that word) road manners" Utility is definitely taking a backseat to style. The 90's and 80's were the best decades for to choose from for cars and trucks. THe only thing i like about vehicles from this decade are the engines vrrrrrrroooooooooom! -
What color 90-95 Pathfinder is the rarest to see?
nige replied to Patrick's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
I think the rarest i've seen is the burgundy. I only saw one so far. I wish I would have been able to get white one with the same chrome stuff as mine, they look very safari-ish, but I really like the metallic finish on mine. It changes from green to blue at different angles, and it looks really good after I clean her up. -
sorry to hear about the truck grumpy, you've got a great set of genes there 0.0 Glad to hear she's o.k.!
-
I'd get the low profile ones. I don't trust the thickness of the ultra low profile. Better to lose a 1/4 inch of travel instead of possibly ruining your new suspension components during a really hard drive.
-
I found mine at a local speed shop. They cost around 15-20 canadian for each side. If you can't find them, I think you can order them from 4x4parts.com. Stupid-easy to install too. the worst case scenario is having to flex the suspension to get the upper bumpstops enough clearance to remove and replace. There's photos of my installation in the garage section somewhere.

hi oilman, I installed the same kit, only I put calmini springs in the back. My truck was sitting REALLY low in the front end on stock t-bars. I got a similar amount of lift to mudfinder (2.5-3") Like pickles said, it depends on how your truck was sitting before you installed the lift kit. You can swap out your old rubber bumpstops for some urethane replacements from Energy Suspension and that will give you .5-1" of extra travel.

The only bookmark it's allowing me to download is the General information. I'm getting a message saying that the rest of the bookmarks don't exist. (all the meaty ones) I'm trying to get the 1995 s.m. Thanks for posting this up btw.
