Look just stick with 32's unless you want to do some cutting. If you are not adverse to the cutting of the Pathy then you can go 33's. BTW where are you in NC?

What have people done with fender flares///
Fukinitupagain replied to muddfildvaynes's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Again, I'm not worried about the po-lees. My tires stick out about 2" now but the police haven't pulled me over for that. If thats what you're worried about then you can get these rubber pieces that are like biga$$ weather stripping & you can screw them on the inside of the fenders. I did this once with an 81 Bronco that I owned (I out like 6" pieces in all of the fenders) -

I ripped one off then just took them all off. I don't care about ........ getting dirty... -
just build a new rear bumper with a tire carrier. Easy. Problem solved & you don't have to worry about reinforcing the bodypanel for a stock carrier

Ahh, thank you GG

Hey Jaya, I have a pair of heavyduty bolt cutters & a bigass chainsaw, what say you & I go cut those 2 trees down?... Even if you move offroading to privately owned land that means absoluely jack squat in the US. Many people don't know it but here in the US there is a law that prohibits land owners from touching there land if the EPA deems it to be a sancturary for rare, indangered or migratory animals. Which means, if you find an animal, repltile or amphibian that falls under one of those categories then you're better off killing it & not telling anyone its there, so the goverment doesn't come onto your land & tell you what you can or can not do there. Which is a shame for both you & the animal. Most animals will adapt to the envioroment, those that don't are weak & die off. At some point in time we, human beings, will not be able to adapt & so we, human beings, will cease to be any longer & something else will take our place. Its called biology. Tellico was privately owned as well, if I am not mistaken, & Goddamned-aging-tree hugging-ignorant ass-want to save the world-hippies were able to get it shut down. Let me say this, I'll be damned if the goveremnt/goverment agencies or any law enforcement will come onto my property (when I finally get some) & tell me that I can't drive the hell out of my R50 on there or that I can't build a metal fordge on my own property or that I can't cut down a tree if I want to on my property (which I actually like a really wooded living area) or that I can't hunt/fish on my own property.

If I'd looked at my phone I'd seen how it was spelled... Anyway, that sounds like a pretty good idea to me. Right now, I'm mad crazy busy trying to finish a couple of sculptures that have to get done but in a month or so I should be good to go. I hope that he will get he's shart together before then but I'm not going to hold my breath. BTW Colby, other than Dan, the staff here, especially B & Pezzy, have been trying really hard to help me out on this but at this point I think they've gone as far as they can. B's on the west coast & Pezzy's a Maple Leaf fan so... I mean she lives in Canada, yeah thats what I meant... And GG I agree, it all goes to rice when you get a Honda...

Hey Mike I wasn't trying to call you out specifically I just knew you had dealings with him, but thanks.

I haven't been on here in a while but since my boy is having trouble with Dan, I'll jump in with, what I sure is more than, my 2 cents: I, Boston AKA Fukinitupagain, am that "other forum member" that Pezzy mentioned in post #8 for a similar reason. Back in like late May or early early June I paid Dan $50 for a pair of used manual hubs ($40 for the hubs & $10 for shipping) & have yet to see jack-sh!t. I have PM'ed, emailed & called/texted him, even though I am told that he says that he has never received any notification that I have tried to reach him, which is an absolute lie (just because you don't recognize my phone number doesn't mean that its still not me!). B, Pezzy & I have been talking about this for the better part of 3 months now through PM's & I have kept quiet, but seeing that Brodi (or is it Brody, it’s been so long since the last time we talked dude) has gone a head & went public (way to come out of the closet big guy...) I figured I'd say a bit. With no disrespect intened for B, Pezzy, Tex or anyone else in the Mod/Admin group, this is complete & total bullsh!t! One of the reasons I have stepped away for a bit is that we as members are told to conduct ourselves in a certain manner but then a member of the Mods/Admins gets to turn around & funk every body over & gets away with it. Now I am sure that Mike & a couple of other people are going to jump all over me & say "no this is not normal" "he's a good guy" "he works long/cazy hours" "he doesn't have the internet right now" well ya know what, to me he's not a good guy, this is normal for him & my address has been sent on multiple occasions for him to ship out the products that he claimed he had "just laying around ready to go out" so not having the internet & working weird hours has nothing to do with shipping out my manual hubs, that I paid for, or sending me back a money order for $55 (that’s right you slack-assed so now there’s a sur charge, like I'm a government run back!)! So how bout it Dan? You've already lost any respect you might have had with me, maybe its time you try & do a bit of damage control for everyone else on this board. Of course maybe you could give a f*ck cause you got a couple of hundred bucks from people for sh!t you never intended on sending out & you don’t plan on coming back over this way any more. Either way this aint like the deal with Alex, you are close enough for me to drive to... it aint about the money nor is it about the hubs at this point. I'll spend $100 in gas to find some form of satisfaction from this & no it won't be a waste of money for me, at least I'll see something come out if it.

There was a cat over on AC's board like 2 years ago that said he had done it but he never posted any pics or anything, so I imagine he was just blowing smoke.

This is what all I've been working out in the 21 or so months I've been waiting on it. I can still use the engine blocks & the steering link... I'd rather not use spacers if at all possible at this point. I'm willing to use them in the front until I can get my sh*t together for the coilover converstion
-
I'm thinking of doing a sort of fabbed up control arms up front with coilovers right now as well, but I gotta see what my money situation is. When everything is done I'll post stuff up.
-
I called AC & got my answer & then I got my F250 coils, so I'm set. Thanks Pezzy.
-
Even bigger
-
If you notice I tend to stay away from most of them anymore for that reason.
-
Hey Adam, thats some old school pics of SystemF you got there. He's a local Texas boy (this was directed towards Alex & Andrew). here's another pic of his R50:
-
Yeah, I don't have bump stops or any sway bars & when its like that, well its inevitable that you'll shoot oout a coil at some point. All you do is either go really slowly back or forward until you come back down.
-
More than... AC's are 15.5" F250's are 18.75-19.25" so theoretically they will fit under there. Just gotta fab some @!*%e up...
-
I thought about doing that tomorrow
-
I need to know what the acual length of the rear AC coils. I have them but they are installed & I'd like to know what the length is with out the pressure. Thanks guys.

R50/Terrano Projector Headlight
Fukinitupagain replied to dududuckling's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Agreed. IMO the HID's are f*ckin badass, I wouldn't spend $1200-1500 for them but I'd steal 'em for free... thats for damned sure. -
Unfortunetly I don't have any money thats why I do the work myself. The suspension lift I installed myself, new bushings I popped out the old ones & pressed in the new ones myself, when my engine sh!t-the-bed last October, you guessed, it I rebuilt & swapped in another motor in a neighbors garage (I don't have one). The money I have goes towards parts everything else is ussually up to me, unlees it's something like bumpers (which I shop around until I can gett it cheap). Ya gotta keep your hustle on. As far as the D22 snorkel goes I don't have $350-380 to spend on one so I'll probably make one, unless I find one cheap used again. And the starter relocation, looks like it should not be too big of a deal. I know I'm gonna have a harder time relocating the alty. I promise when I do these things I post up how (don't hold your breath though because school starts back up in about 2 weeks & my work & classes/homework/schoolprojects take up all of my time). I'll probably attempt this over Christmas break.

When I did the engine swap last Dec. I looked at a couple of options & a coiuple of places that I could move it to. It' would never be completely safe but better & higher up than it is now. To answer your questionj a bit better , I'd have to make some custom mounts to make it work. There aint nothing out there from a factory or anything.
