In that particular case, those were new ordered from Nissan. They are still in production.

That color was so 'in' back then.

I want to go do some gravel travel.

Ff you just bought the truck, A good tune up, fluids change and timing belt change is where I would start.

Not sure how much you are looking to spend. LKQ offers some very nicely priced (IMHO) rebuilt motors with awesome warranties (like 10 year unlimited mile) as well as low mile salvage ones. We use them often here at work.
You can also check your local salvage yards. See if they offer any sort of warranty on a used motor (1 month, 3 month, 6, etc). Many do these days.

2000-2004 Xterra. You don't even really need to have the rad drain hose hole. All the other bolt holes line up, at least they should if nothing is bent.
I had an Xterra plate on my 95. I can testify that it fits and the holes line up perfectly.

And then we go to this Rogue brought into the body shop for repairs........I am not sure how someone could back up so hard into a light pole in a parking lot......
Bent the rear reinforcement bar real good!

We had this very nice red and black anniversary edition 280zx in the shop for a fuel pump and tune up!

The only difference with the xterra one is it doesn't have the hole for the rad drain hose. But whatever.
exactly!

Very Nice! They look great in white!
agreed!

They are plentiful in the junk yards as far as i have seen. Might try looking there for the front lower cover and then order the rubber ends from alkorahil and slap a can of spray paint on the cover. Would be just like new and cost a lot less I would think
I like to sell parts, but I cant argue with Nefarious on this.
IIRC the early Xterra 4WD lower cover will work as well.

Don't know the number and although people like to call it such, it's not really a skid plate since it cannot support the weight of the vehicle.
You might PM or post in Alkorahil's (our resident Nissan Parts Guy) thread and see if he can look it up. If it's still available he may even be able to get you one. GENUINE NISSAN PARTS
PART NUMBER: 50810-41G00
DESCRIPTION: COVER, ENGINE, FRONT, LOWER
$112.40
There are also two rubber splash guards that attach to the left and right side of the lower cover:
50816-31G00
SPLASH, RH
50817-31G00
SPLASH, LH
they are $18.65 EACH
All show still available from Nissan.

I will say this.
The last year of the VG30e in the D21U Hardbody had the EGR deleted after production date 01/95.
There is even a Nissan TSB about this. Nissan states in the TSB that the EGR was not needed.
NISSAN D21 1995 Technical Bulletin #FC0010095NISSAN D21 1995 technical service bulletin was issued Jan 01, 1995.
NISSAN D21 1995 EGR ELIMINATED ON VEHICLES WITH VG30 ENGINE.
That being said, it is considered by the Federal Govt to be very naughty to modify the emissions on a vehicle.

From what I have read about these, What bothers me is:
1) No one seems to know much, if anything about them, including our elected officials. The public wasnt informed.
2) How were/are these funded and budgeted? I am assuming my tax dollars.
3) What oversight is there?
4) How does a municipal PD have the authority?
5) where is the warrant?
LASTLY
I pay for cell phone service. Cell service is regulated by the FCC. They are interfereing with federally licenced airwaves.

IF you have jumper cables properly hooked up and it will not start I would look next at the starter.

HRT (Holden) 427 monaro will be there, of course it's an extremely limited edition (only 2 on road cars made) but even the lower spec'd HSV GTS monaro should be there as well.
Also the Maloo R8
Agreed! I saw one at a car show here a few months back, it was verrrrrry nice.

One thing to look at is rust. Look behind the front springs in the wheel well. There is a recall for that.
However if you can take the truck to Alkorahil dealership I would. He is very knowledgeable on all types of Nissan. Plus if you do pick one up he the defacto guy to call for parts.

Nice of you to say!

I am at Nissan of McKinney.

Where in Dallas are you at?

You guys are so nice!
As RedPath88 pointed out tightening the small screws that hold the printed circuit board on the back of the instument cluster often fixes this issue. If it doesnot solve the problem then replacing the printed circuit board with one from a salvage yard is the next step. Replacement of the circuit board is easy.

This is ususally where we see PS and AC hoses fail at more times than not.
