Looks a little grainy in the pic but it looks clear in person.. The cam has inferred night vision feature. Just waiting till it's a little darker outside to test this feature.

    Stoked! :aok:

I ran the cables through the head liner and down the rear driver's side column. Drilled a hole in the rear of the body and sealed it with auto glass sealant after the wires were through. I didn't really take any pics of the wiring as it was really only power, ground and the rca video input cable. The whole thing cost me about $55. Incl some connectors and wire from AutoZone.

  2. Remaining 3 old coils replaced.. All 6 new ignition coils now as of yesterday and new motor mounts going in today! Today is a good day! And I didn't have to use my AK :ar15: Still waiting on some goodies to show up at my doorstep.. Spare tire cover, License plate relocation kit from tiregate.com. For now my plate is just zip-tied on without a light.. I will also add my rear view camera and hook it up to rear view mirror LCD display when I get the relocation kit for the plate.. Today is a good day! I have also decided to add welds to my SFD and go over all bolts from the kit and re-torque to proper spec. Started the process of ordering what I need to make HD custom rebuild-able adjustable upper trailing arms to re-center my rear differential. These will be HUGE!! Today is a good day! I need to clean my K&N air filter too. Pics to follow...

  3. Looks clean! Yours came with the 4WD badge or you swapped it out from the 3.5SE? Mine has 3.5SE on the back. And you have a roof rack but no wind deflector in the rear? Or did you remove it? Mine is an early 2001..So just wondering. You have a sunroof? Looks good though man! My flaps have been removed. I am thinking about slicing up my stock flares and modding them back on the truck. Maybe..?

  4. Well I am guilty of taking the photo while driving although in my defense we were only rolling about 5 mph.. Traffic on the way home from work. There's no filter on the photo. It just caught my attention that this fool had mounted his rear wind deflector or spoiler upside down..? Does that mean it will give the truck LIFT? Instead of down force??? LMFAO! Knuckleheads..

  5. I run rock crawler 15x8 with 3.75 back spacing and the 2" wheel spacer I just finished flex testing it and grinding a little more front bumper. Some tabs where the sheets of body are spot welded got hammered down so there are no more sharp edges in the wheel well. I might get rid of the spacers now that there's no more rubbing. But will have to re flex test and see if those tires will tuck in the back. I haven't cut the rear fenders yet cuz it seems like there's a swam right at the edge that I would open up. Might let water in the body. For now the front is flexing and turning perfectly. But that's with the spacers. And the rear when at max flex is bottoming out on the rear fender. Slammed!! I'll post more pics to the wha-bam thread as soon as I get back to my PC. I could try eliminating the rear spacers only. Or first. See how it does..? Still testing it out trying to get those treads to fit right.

  6. Getting hitch gate and tires today!!! TODAY IS HUGE FOR ME AND MY BUTTFINDER! :lol:I have a CB.. But it's set up now to use the aux jack on my stereo I tried testing it with my buddies last Sunday and the sound came through very weak... Not sure why? Might be the setup.. I'm thinking I might need to add a separate external speaker just for the CB.. That way I can use the CB and listen to tunes while wheelin' :aok: I have GPS as well which I have noticed includes most of the trails I've been on so far out here..

  7. 96Pathfinder4x4 & I are heading down to AB this weekend with my meetup group & I'm in the El Paso mountains with Death Valley Jim on the 18th (kinda limits January for me). How about Feb?

I might try and meet up with you guys Sat if my schedule will allow.. Would that be possible? What are your guys plans? Camping out overnight or hotel? Let me know if this is an open invitation! I would come out Friday although I work Sat am 6-2... But if I get ready I can leave straight from work at 2pm Sat.

  8. Hi Sweetheart,
I am sorry about getting into an argument about putting up the Christmas lights. I guess that sometimes I feel like you are pushing me too hard when you want something. I realize that I was wrong and I am apologizing for being such a hard-headed guy. All I want is for you to be happy and be able to enjoy the holiday season. Nothing brightens the Christmas spirit like Christmas lights! I took the time to hang the lights for you today; and now I will be off to the hockey rink.
Again, I am very sorry for the way I acted yesterday. I'll be home later.
    Love you..

    Her response

    Hi Honey,

Thank you for that heart-felt apology. I don't often get an apology from you, and I truly appreciate it. I, too, felt bad about the argument and wanted to apologize. I realize that I can sometimes be a little pushy. I will try to respect your feelings from now on. Thank you for taking the time to hang the Christmas lights for me. It really means a lot. In the spirit of giving, I washed your truck for you; and now I am off to the mall.
    I love you too!

  9. I'm going with the V-Bar chains.. I will be ordering for my new tires soon.. 35x12.5x15R. They have chains in many different sizes and styles.

    http://www.tirechain.com

    (2) Pair V-Bar chains Front/Rear

    (2) Pair Heavy Duty Tensioners

    (1) Tote Large to hold them all when not in use.

Total with tax and shipping 320$

I want to go snow wheeling!! So for on/off road and two pairs is the plan for me.. I would not recommend anything less. For example cable chains. They wear out and the cable eventually snaps.
