I recently did lots of exhaust work on my '01 SE. I have 2 new catco universal cats downstream. And two new catco cats that are up by the headers. And a new Flowmaster muffler equipped w new tail pipes. All recently replaced due to upcoming registration and CA smog check. Little did I know when I took it in they neglected to probe the exhaust and even run the truck on the dyno. So I asked the technician why no probe and detailed readout with emissions levels and whatever. He told me 2000 and newer only require ECU check with OBD II reader and visual inspection. Nice!!! Time to get creative with new exhaust next time.

1. Alignment : YES. I run AC 2" lift springs with camber adjustment kit and KRFabs 4" drop in front without the swaybar.
2. Wheels/Tires : I run Goodyear MTR's w Kevlar on rock crawlers 15x8. Tires are 35x12.5x15r. Had to do some trimming and hammering. Also run 2" wheel spacers all the way around.

Passed CA smog today! Today was a good day.

Coil would be my bet. Definitely use the OEM Hitachi brand. Might cost you a little more cash. But will save you the headache of the problem returning.

I honestly don't know how or when but it definitely progressed to un-driveable possibly from a small stress crack starting out or maybe was defective from the manufacturer. Just glad I was able to get it to a shop a couple blocks away and fixed immediately. BIG BEAR tomorrow!!

Possibly launching the speed humps on my way to work..?

What he said! ^

I looked into superchips a while back and to no avail. I was not able to find anything worthwhile.

Hopefully I added the right juice to the right components... I've got an automatic with the manual t-case. Did the diffs, t-case and trans.
-
The GL-5 was for the T-case.

Finally got my transmission cooler plumbed and wired up. New trans fluid, filter and pan gasket. Replaced diff oil and transfer case oil. Getting all dialed in for early October trip!
-
Most likely the AC. It is separate and will not change anything as far as the radiator swap goes.

Very easy to replace.. Cost should be around 120$.

Probably a plugged up catalytic converter..

Traded it in for a dune buggy.... J/K! New off road nitro truggy!

You can always try changing out your in cabin air filter. Replacement filter is about 16$ easy to DIY. Vids on YouTube take you through step by step.

Ugh...
started on the timing chain etc... Thermostat was bad for sure.
-
Was in the process of hooking up my trans cooler and while running the engine heard some slight noise from the front of the engine. Decided to open the water pump cover and inspect the timing chain... Chain has some slack. No buenõ. From here the plan is to order new : timing chain, chain tensioners, chain guide rails, water pump, thermostat and radiator cap. As well as have the radiator rodded and flushed by a specialist.(70$). Parts alone including radiator service will cost me about 600$. Thankfully my good friend is a mechanic with a full shop. This's all starts Thursday. Out of commission for a few days as well.

Sounds like end links on your sway bar. Fairly inexpensive and easy to do yourself.
