Today I trimmed the fenders to clear my 33s when turning. Feels good to be able to back up and not worry about rubbing.

D21 here too! 95 Hardbody with Calmini HD steering, 2in SL, on 33s. Also has exhaust. Not sure which one tho.

Not a fan of that deck is all. Also the CD player is not working.

I had the newer dash in my 2002 before and I have never had any issues with it. But yes, I have heard it sucks. There's a wrecked 2003 with that stereo and if I can get the newer dash for cheap, it would be fine with me. Ideally I want to replace it with a full screen deck but that will be a more expensive option which im not sure is the right way right now.

If you have a bose stero like this Can you swap it out with the newer bose stereo like this? What i mean is would it be as simple as just plugging in the newer bose dash? Or would it not match up in the back?

Is it a squeaking noise? Clunk? Right side? left side? I had a minor squeak noise when I turned and found out it was the strut bearing.

There was a coilover set up for R50's but the companies site isn't there anymore. I think the company went under.

It looks somewhat lifted. But I have never seen those shocks in the rear.

From the pic, it looks like you dont even have a control arm. It might just be tucked in.

They all are on 4x4parts.com. But even there, they aren't really that active.

Yea. 99.5+ R50's have switched to the 3.5L from 2001-2004. 99.5+-2000 still had the 3.3L. They come with a crappy bose sound system. As you may know some come with a lever 4x4 and some with a knob all-mode 4x4. If you're more serious about 4wheeling, try to go with the lever. I have the knob but no complaints so far. Cool thing about the newer r50's is that you can hold the unlock button and the windows roll down. haha. Also, if you're planning on the AC lift again, you are a lil taller than the 96-99. I compared my lift to XplorX4's lift with 32's, I sat a lil higher than his with 30's. Common problem is the power screws but still an easy fix. Other than that, its mostly about the power. The 240 horses are farking aweseome!
