  1. Dang you guys are quick lol I had to buy new tires for the front and with the price of two new geolanders to match the rear it was pretty pricy so my girlfriend did some searching for me and found these little guys for now till i get my 3+3+33s There are 31x10.50x15 hurcules trail diggers. They are some meaty little tires and i like them alot they where just a bit more for all for MTs mounted and balanced.

Now for some technical stuff!!! First off now with the new tires i need to bring the front end back up to life so i crawled under to crank the torsions is where i came across the driver side has some room to play but the passenger side is maxxed out. So i guess i need to reindex them but with the passenger one maxxed out do i need to move it 3 splines while i do the driver side 2? Im gonna soke it all in some KRoil today and plan on doing this this weekend.

  2. The rear tire carrier mounts where a little worn down so i took them to work and sandblasted them then welded up the wear marks on the strike pin and threw some BBQ grill paint on them for now till i get all the brackets welded up for jack and jerry can then i will have it powder coated flat black.

  3. Hey guys i finally have a pathy in my driveway :D I have had it about a week now and i finally have time to post some pics up of him. My girlfried actually found the pathy for me, After talking to the guy and getting all the info and pics we booked our tickets to fly into Oakland California that weekend on Sunday. Seemed like Sunday would was never gonna get here lol but finally it was time to fly out. We landed in Oakland at 1:00 sunday afternoon then drove the rental car to his house. When i got there i was kinda worried becuase we where in kinda of a bad naborhood and was thinking the pathy cant be that nice. We pulled up and the pathy was no where to be seen. I texted the guy that we where here and he opened the garage and there he sat. He started Woody up and backed him out the garge into the sun light and i then had the biggest smile on my face. It was soooo clean and looked better then the pics he sent me. He gave me the keys and off around the block i went for a test drive. I was sold as soon as i seen and heard woody fire up. After paying for it heading outside was when he told me that it was his dads truck and it was garage kept and that he named him Woody. I told him that i would keep the name and it kind just flows with the truck for some reason. We then headed back on our trip 8XX miles back to PHX AZ and he woody rode out all the way back with no problems. Some info on woody he is a 1994 4x4 SE v6 auto Full disc brakes I have all the receipts of when they did oil changes to the new water pump timing belt and rebuilt the top end and tapped new exhuast manifold studs in. Everything runs and shift great the only flaws is the AC does need to be recharged and the dang sun visors sag bad and hang down in my way.Ok enuff talk and onto the pics

  4. This is my rc truck i built. Im waiting to find a decent pathy body to put on it. The rc4wd one is cheap looking and doesnt really look like a pathy. I wish they would have spent more time on making the molds more precise. Look at all the other lexan bodies out on the market they look great and hardly no flaws. I was going to have a guy build me a scratch built one out of stryne but they can get pretty pricy.

  5. Wish I could go with you guys!!!! I just picked up a pathy but I need some decent tires. I also want to install a tranny temp guage and cooler before I go wheeling. Take some pics please

  6. Ok guys i have some ruff news the pathy and owner where kinda shady so i asked the guy selling it if he could send me the vin # through a email so i could carfax it but i was also going to run it through the DMV to see if it was clean but he told me no and that he was just going to keep it. Thats after he lowered the price that no one would say no too and was very helpful but as soon as i said vin he backed out fast. I dont think thats to much to ask for when im looking into buying a truck 900 miles away so im taking it that there is some shady stuff going on with that truck. It has a slavage title and other flaws that he had awnsers to but they didnt really make since. So im still on the hunt for a pathy lol wish this one could have worked out it sure is a good lookin rig.

  7. Thanks guys for the help and WOW you called the dealer ship thats pretty cool man and that price is alot more then what i want to dump into the ac system. I posted up on another sight and a guy said he was pretty sure on the wireing issue its just plug in some relays and fuses so hopfully he is right.

Thanks again guys you guys are awsome

  8. Thanks for the help!!!! Yeah i dont mind pulling the dash and stuff i have done that a few times. But one of my main concerns is will the hardbodys stuff work if so great!!! And will all the pigtails i need be already wired in the harness or will i have to do that?

Thanks again for the help :aok:

  9. Hey guys i found a very nice pathfinder 95 4dr v6 with ALOT of work put into it for a price i cant resist but it came from factory with no AC But the vents are there in the dash so does that mean there is heat and all the plumbing in there? How hard would it be to install ac in this pathy? I have a 88 hardbody with a 95 ka24 engine and pathy interior. Its just sitting in my driveway and i can take parts from it if need be. Will it be a plug and play behind the dash or will i have to splice in harness and pigtails? I also have a 4dr pathy wiring harness with all the relays, pigtails and stuff that came out of a pathy with ac in a box in the garage. And as far as under the hood i know i will have to get brackets to hold the compressor. Will the lines, condensor, compressor, ect work in the pathy? Someone said the compressor will be to small and the rpms of the hardbody compressor wont work for the pathy.

There is alot of pathfinders being parted out on craigslsit so i should be able to get all the parts for a fair price if the hardbody stuff doesnt work.

How big of a job will this be?

    Thanks Guys

  10. This was my Daily until i started getting some ticking in the top end so its been parked in the drive way for some time now till i can figure out whats wrong with it. One of the reasons i want and need a Pathy!!!! It sits ALOT lower now But these are the last bit of pics i have of her on photobucket. There is a crazy story behind how i got this truck and the road trip to get it but i love it alot and it sucks it just sits in the driveway lol But its a 88 hardbody with 95 KA24e Swap and Full power Pathy interior swap. I had to take the mud flaps off becuase i got tired of hearing them drag going down the road lol

  11. :coolpics:

Those were all yours? you are skilled.

    Loved the rc's.

    Thanks man

Dang dude, you do have skills. I love that *Bleep* RC crawler (I noticed the limit strap on the suspension). :togo:

Thanks yeah it was fun makeing the limit straps. They didnt really work they where there for detail more then anything.

Beautiful work all round. You have some great skills that's for sure. I love the lugs on the wheels. I've been wanting to get some like that for a long time. Any custom interior stuff? I like to see that sort of thing.

Thanks man, Yeah the lugs where one of my favorite things i did to the truck i also had spikes on every bolt on the back half of the frame it was pretty cool looking. I sold the truck along time ago and i see it up for sale all the time getting traded for other rides it has been so abused and neglected. Its sad to see all that hard work turn to garbage after a couple kids get ahold of it. As far as interior goes i have my own style alot of people dont like lol. The hardbody was fully stripped out when i did the bodydrop and cruised it with literally two seats a plate made out of 16g sheet metal to hold the radio and a ton of wires lol i finally got a round to installing some leopard print interior in the whole truck but then i moved right after out here to AZ and parked it in my moms barn in FL. The fronty was stock and the vw was done when i got it.

This is the hardbody its the only pic i have on photobucket at the time. Just imagine the whole dash and door panels and visers in leopard print and the rest was black with yellow inserts lol. It was a blast to drive people lol when they seen the inside!!!!! lol

I really want to get rid of the hummer body and put a pathy body on it. And make it look like my future 1/1 i have talked to a couple guys that where willing to build a custom hand made body for me but i dont have that kind of coin to shell out for a rc body right now so it will have to wait.

Hope you guys like the pics.

  15. Hey Guys!!!!

Just figured i would say hey. I have been on 4x4parts.com asking some questions on lifts and stuff and just came across this site. Im in the process of getting a 90's pathy but cant seem to find one that fits what im looking for. I found one but its a base model nothing speacial and they want 2x the blue book value and they are not willing to go down which sucks becuase i really love this pathy. Im new to the whole 4x4 scene, I have always been into building bagged trucks that lay rocker and drag frame. Im in the process of building a 4dr nissan d21 hardbody out of the front half of a 4dr pathy and the back half of a single cab hardbody. I have been wanting to build this truck for 7yrs and im finally getting the chance. But i was born and raised in FL and have never been around the 4x4 scene till i moved out here to AZ. My dad has a jeep and i have been wheeling with the rhinos but i am a die hard nissan guy and want me a pathy lol. Im looking for a really nice pathfinder that will be reliable and i plan on doing the AC 3SL/3BL/33's and do some mild wheeling when i get the time and do some camping with my family. Im looking forward to meeting some new people and learning more about the 4x4 side of nissan and how capable they can be.
