  1. Yup, I don't care for those. They had a different style of altezza's for a while but I haven't seem them since they first came out over a year ago. Instead of the chrome rice look, where you see the chrome, there was black plastic. They actually looked decent. I have a photoshopped picture somewhere I did. I'll have to dig it up when I get home from SCHOOL. DJ Ok, lets see if this works. Here's the link. http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_image...764_31_full.jpg Looks like Cardomain is not letting me link this pic. So just right click on it and Copy the shortcut.
  2. Yes I agree and its nice to see a new R50 owner as well! Welcome to the board!
  3. Yes welcome to the board!
  4. Yes nick it can. Now please PayPal me $80!
  5. Whats up with the stupid EVAP codes anyways? Every few months it'll pop up and then dissappear within a day. We don't have an Autozone anywhere even close to hear and the first time I had my SES light pop up ever, it was on a 400 mile road trip. I took it up to the stealer and they popped me with the $80 diag. fee and told me "well looks like your gas cap was loose." F***ers.
  6. LOL...I don't know if thats possible! jk
  7. Yup Pezzy, the TJM's are nice. But they do weigh a ton. For $379 though, you could get a T-17 which will give you some more protection. TJM Bumpers
  8. Here's one of the rear guards. There's more if you click on the link in my sig.
  9. Nick, the wiring kit I'm talking about is exactly like the one Trialsin described. You don't have to slice any wires whatsoever. Just have to plug in the wireharness to the stock tail light wiring. I just got the wiring today in the mail. There isn't any difference in trim levels(XE/SE) On the packaging it says for 96-99.5 Pathy's.
  10. Found a website that offers a Reese wiring kit(t-connectors) on sale for only $17.49!!!! Cheaper than ebay! Trailer hitch wiring DJ
  11. I just used a dremel tool to cut out part of my bumper to create more air into the intake.
  12. Yeah I remember Keith(system-f) posted on the AC board earlier this year maybe even before that, pics of his strut spacers he put up front. I remember him saying that it was not a good idea because of the extreme CV angle. I'll try to dig up that post.
  13. Hey whats up guys. Nice to see that there are some familar names that are from the PNW. I'm from Tacoma/Lakewood but in Eastern WA(Spokane) for school. I come to the West side all the time and I would love to meet up with anyone who wants to go on some nice trails. I'll be home during Christmas starting on the 20th. Maybe the "west siders"S can meet up? Just a thought...
  14. 245/70/R16 gives you a 29.5" tire diameter. Going to 245/75/16 will increase the diameter an inch to 30.5.
  15. Yup, I had that problem until I got my tranny flushed and filled. That put an end to the hard shifting unless of course the engine is cold, then you'll always experience harder shifting than a warmed engine.
  16. Well Stillen used to make them for the R50's. But discontinued them. This guy here put them on his 97 R50. Stillen Headers
  17. Thanks for the followup Joe! Never really thought it was the MAFsensor , but I guess its worth a try for me since I have a 98. Might be time. I figured I'd go to the junkyard, and go see what other toys I can find for my Pathy. I just need someone to verify if I can pull a MAF sensor off of a 96-01 R50? If thats they case I'll hunt down the newest one I can find. Thanks guys. DJ
  18. I just got all my belts replaced at 78k. I had a bad squealing/whistling during idle. It was annoying. From reading the other boards, everyone said to stick with Nissan belts. They're nice and quiet. So thats what I stuck with. I'm at 85k now. No complaints!
  19. Don't know much about these circuit breakers...does that mean then that there are no fuses down below? Thats the only thing that comes to mind; checking the fuse, since it sounds like you did a good job rewiring everything.
  20. Yup, I'd buy one for sure. Seems like there is a lot of interest out there.
