  3. yah a couple years ago i had the pinched nerve/herniated disk i didnt want surgery so i looked at other options and found a good chiropractor man i tell yah i wouldnt be walkin without him oh i found out what i had cause i collapsed behind a car right after a visit to my doctor.... so he said go to the er and they sent me for a ct scan wityhin a couple days but then some rest and chiro really put me back in line worth the money to me
  4. yes it was a fair amount of work but now that its done im soooo happy and glad i did it
  5. well i had a severe case of rptten frame cant beleive it was still drivin only thing holdin my gas tank on was the rear mounts and the panhard rod and shock mounts........ but a few months ago i found myself a parts pathy (before i new frame was bad on mine) anyways this parts truk that i picked up for 200 buxx had 527,000 km on it and to my surprise the frame was absolutely mint i mean prestine so a buddy and i over 3 weekends did a farme swap, body lift, and jgc coils and now my truk is as good as new or better maybe..... cant figure out how many hours i spent researchin the aspects of doin all the work was but id say 99% of the info i gathered was from here....... alot of people said i was crazy for even attemptin the swap most of them told me to cut and run but that wasnt an option for me anyways didnt mean to ramble just wanted to shed light and take an opertunity to thank all who share and info on this site :bow: this is the best site i have ever found thanx to all again
  6. i just bought some from nissan up here in canada and the prices were thermostat 19.31 T belt 53.85 tensioner 82.42 water pump 94.99 2 cam seals 20.70(both) were canadian funds + tax

    went and got a used one and gonna try tomorow to figure it out not sure if it was attached to the clips on the top of the tranny ugh i need to find one with it all intact to see where and how the cable runs uugh cost me 65 buxx for a used cable...
  8. the drin hose runs out your firewallon the lower passenger sidealmost underneath atleast thats where mine is..

    ok i just did a frame swap got the truk back together and went to move the truck and it wont shift from inside the truk my buddy had to get under and shift the lever on the tranny there is no tension on the cable unless he was under the truck holding it..... so do i need a new cable or is it something else....... thanx everyone in advance.....

  13. yah man i feel ur pain i hate aircare i just took mine through last week thank god it passed anyways my little tricks i learned over the years is go to mowhawk get the ethanol blend gas and taker her for a good hard boot get that cat heated up real well then take her through and if u got to wait in line more than like 2 cars drive it hard around the block again and hope the line gets smaller usually works for me good luck man....
  14. kool thats all helpin a bit has anyone installed teh 3 inch rads drop down kit from ac is it pretty simple they just threw everyting in a box and sent it an i never did this befor so im just tryin to visuallize it all

  17. welcome.... i might have an extra set of flares i am rebuilding my truk so i stripped the parts off my donor i will have to check and make sure they are still in decent shape....

  21. ok almost half way through my frame swap and i gots a question nott sure how to word it but here goes my donor frame has everything intact but it has drums on the back where as my rear diff has disc brakes so i guess my ? is do you have to match up front and rear diffs in pathfinders or am i gonna be safeby just swapping the rear ends ? did that make sense i dunno im tired
  22. yah i know its gonna be alot of work ugh but i just cant throw it away and lose alot of dough so unless i get a real good trade in deal; it will be done.... have a buddy the is a heavy duty mechanic he says he will help where he can so that is good... as for lifting the body off i have ty's to a tow company i used to work for i might just see if i can use one of there truks for a little while or i will make sure everything is disconnected the will call the local scrap metal guy wioth a highyab to lift off and take away slick good idea about the por-15 coating does anyone know how much this stuff will cost gear box yah i forgot about that i figure since im gonna do it might aswell put a bl in it too!
  23. ok heres the situation went to install jgc's on my 93 but found a big mess instead frame cracked on both sides right above rear wheel and fairly rusted frame from rear door area and back but the body is goodexcept for the traditional rust spot on the floor under rear seat.. thinkin about doin a body swap to my parts pathy of a 90 or 91 its frame is in real good shape as far as i can tell ive pounded on it with a hammer and screwdriver and the only thing fallin was dirt.... is doin a swap a good idea what am i gettin into and whats the best way to go about doin it been tryin to find a manual or guide lines on how to remove the body off the parts pathy also are the frames the same arrrrgh i am so mad/sad i still have 2 years left on my loan so discarding the truk would mean loosing thousands of dollars ugggh any info or direction will help and be very appreciated thank you all

  25. i just put 2 g's into my pathy.... and went to put the jgc's in and found that my frame is KAPUTS pretty much completely broken at the hump over the wheel dunno what to do now this just hit me today *sigh
