  1. umm i posted a thread a long time ago about a broken RANCHO 5000.. i did it..wasn't calmini maybe ur talking about a differnet thread...
  2. i have used to search in teh past and i always end up finding people custom making thiers rock sliders... AC has some adn iwas wondering if they are anygood? would i be able to support my pahty on a hilift by them? the link is belowAC Rock SLiders
  3. well when i tried unscewing teh backpanel of the ac controls i found that there is not a straight shot to teh screws hat i believe hold teh thing it.. the panel blacks the screwes that hold itslef in. maybe i'm going about it all wrong.. i know how to use all the conrols in the dark i know them by feel but ... I WANT MY FRIGG'N LIGHTS BACK.. havn't had them for years but now i'm getting greedy with everything going back together so nicely
  4. sweet it was just a fuse..lol however.. for a long time i havn't had lights behind my a/c controls... i tried getting to teh bulbs but.. the way the dash is put together is crazy anyideas?
  5. there are two neutral switches one on teh tranny and one on the t-case can anyone tell me how theya re supposed to be hooked up? series? parallel? on a spearate circuit all together? thnx
  6. the only thing that works on the dash right now is the speedo and blinkers.... everything else is kaput... i'll check fuses but are all those on the same circuit.. and if so .. why are the bliksers still working?...
  7. i think that only you could make that decision. does it run better? were you having problems before? and even if it was clean... it couldn't have hurt...
  8. finishing teh 4WD swap is close to being done... it just consist's of swaping out the front cross member with teh diff attached to it along with LCA's and rotors.. i have it all together as one peice sooo.. it's all gonna go in as one peice.. the whole front diff+axels+rotor assy. is all sitting in the back of the pathy right now. then those two brackets...minor welding..and i have someone to do it that lives right around the corner... hopefully it will be done before my leg is better.. i mean that in the way the pathy gets done faster ...not me being in a cast longer.
  9. i'm sure some of u remember that i ended up having to drop in a new engine at 346,800, really i coulda fixed it.. it was lifters.. maybe the cam.. but it had alot of miles.. so i have this other engine in there with 210,000 on it until i do the complete rebuild on the original engine. so that is ready to go however i fractured my knee cap 4 weeks ago and know i'm in a full leg cast on my right leg.. so i can't drive for another 2-3 months...i still have another month in a cast plus physicaal therapy for 6-8 weeks. dang this sux..now the pathy works and i'm outta commision..
  10. well i still have over 300,000.... 346,000 to be more precise
  11. mine did the same thing but i don't have sway bars.. but i also that it was the alignment but the engine died before i was able to fix it. i should have it back this week but i have a broken leg in a cast.. so it's not like i can drive it now n e ways woh, diddn't mean to steal the thread but let me know if u find out if it was the alignment or not.
  12. i don't know about a solenoid but there is a voltage regulator. but if the operation of the guages come and goe it sounds more like a loose connection. maybe the connection on the voltage regulator... i'd pull the guages and take a look. the voltage regulator is a small silver box kinda thing .. there is a post on that around here somewhere
  13. those shacks are made by rancho and i have used the rs-5000 on the pathy along with many others on this forum. they are a stiff shock but i like them. the 9000's are nice too becasue they are adjustable.. i'ts been a long time since i have ran 9000's maybe someone else will chime in..
  14. welp i have orered from them twice and have talked to them about when prodicts wre going to be ready to ship to me.. hey even held my steering system an extra couple of days when there were other people on the waiting list. i got the kit in 2 days after being charged and as for the e-mails i have e-mailed them twice and both times had responses in my e-mail the next morning i have had no problems.. and as for the UCA bushings... put that grease on them...thats what they give it to you for.. it's extremely thick and sticky but it works!!.. i have had ZERO problems
  15. i haven't heard of anything breaking from them i just keep hearing that some people don't like them.. for whatever reason... is there really something wrong with thier products?... and Greg... have u broken anything from calmini? maybe they take a long time to bring products out but i think they put out excellent products.
  16. i sent them a e-mail on that too.. i'll post what they say
  17. CALMINI SAS PAGE also just got a e-mail back fron them
  18. yeah i stopped honking my horn to get people to realize that there was a green light. just rev it up a lil
  19. at idle it ticks loud.. when i drive it gets more intense...slapslap slap...i thnk its a rod i'm just gonna swap engines .... prolly this weekend..
  20. i coudn't get eth egr on as nice as that... mines all bent up and has a small section welded in..
  21. yeah i figured out what i'm gonna do. i am gonna put the parts pathy's engine into my pathy thati drive and finish up the 4WD conversion.. the diff is on the floor in the garage.. i just need to put it in.. no biggie..while the engone is out i'll have the brackets welded in.. i'll keep the original motor and slowly rebuild it bored out and ported 'n stuff.. computer mod on the other computer i have then by the time i'm done i'll prolly have another car and just use the pathy for off road use..proly end up green sticker.. but thas ok..
  22. yeah i want to rebuild especially since a crate engine is over 8K$US
