  3. its a dark grey. my terrano was the same colour. a good polish and it would come up nice. but the closest colour i could get here in australia was gun metal grey but it was lighter
  4. just a quick question. can you pre drill holes to adapt for a 3inch lift aswell as a 2 inch lift? or will this not work as it is internal
  5. i had these pictures but it turns out i had the wrong pipe so it runs to the other side if the motor. but fixed with running a hose from the other side. i cant belive i deleted all the pics from the rebuild but i knew someone would have a pic or 2 once again thanks for the help. the motor is running again thanks to the help from the npora family

  8. also there is this one. i know it comes from the pipe that runs through the valley but the hose has been cut and cant find an end for it. Does it run to the other heater hose area or off to the other side ????????
  9. Hi peoples trying to find locations for the heater hoses from a vg30 the first one top or bott? also the small pipe thaat runs off where does this run to. im running out of spots.
  10. well first of all strep 1 is to buy a manual. it has step by step guide in them. i use mine all the time. i jump on here for the easier ways and experience that the manuals cant guide you through
  11. all good. thanks for the effort anyway. some of youre other pics have helped me out a long way so far aswell but also watching as ive converted a vg33 from an r50 and putting it into a 93 pathy
  12. hahahahahahaha ill add my 2 cents. some of us here have added a cooler. comes with cup holders. yeh we drink in our cars. a drive between majour cities here can range from hours to days but i would like to also add. is there any model where there were cup holders in the back seat arm rest. just becouse kids cant drive for hours and hours without drinking... here's the cooler i have in place with the cup holder. cost $20 australian

  16. ok so the issues ive had doing this so far. ive had to use the flat belt system from the vg33 becouse of the harminic balance. the crank size is different. so that had opened up a whole can of worms when fitting acccesories like the power steer pump and alternator and aircon. so refabbing brackets has been all the go. and becouse of the accesories had to be swaped sides made things a little harder aswell eg where the power steering was located. ( harder as in australia apperently we sit on the wrong side of the car so all the power steering is on the oppisite side)

  20. yeh found out al the above the hard way. i stufed a few parts getting them of but eassily repace from the parts recyclers

  23. ok so this is the process im going through what i have srated with a 93 pathfinder with origional vg30i the vg30i (93 pathfinder) stuffed bottom end including the block and pistons i have all the top end but the heads are in bad shape i have all the maf and other bits and pieces. the vg30e. (88 Terrano) stuffed bottom end but the crank is good and pistons stuffed heads are good (but i want to run the I not the e) the vg33 ( R50) top end absolutly stuffed. i needed a shovel to get rid of the sludge but saprisingly there is no sludge around the block or inside the oil pump i have all 3 motors spread out accross the garage and are comparing parts to wich ones i can use and others i can discard so far i have come up with the oil, water and heads are the same with only minor cahnges. and they are very minor. but i do like where the oil filter is on the vg33 ill run the heads of the vg33I with the injection set up aswell. the only issue i can come acroos is the piston boares are larger than the other vg33e and the vg33i and am not shure if this will affect the ecu any other imput would be most appreciated
