Yep! One of these days I've got to clean out some of the weird stuff from when I was in high school LOL. Man that lokka's tempting.

A front Lokka is a super easy install and the best bang for your buck when compared to any performance enhancer you can throw at a 4x4. Hands down. $300+/- for a whole new beast is a steal. If I could do it all over again with my truck I would have done the Lokka first.

I've got stuff to do this weekend as well unfortunately. But yeah, do keep me in the loop! I don't make it over to the wet side often (bit of a trip) but will hopefully be over there at some point next summer. A new thread might get more eyes. It's been a while but IIRC I used a Gates belt and tensioner and ordered the pump, seals, and bypass hose separately.

I haven’t heard of anyone running it who doesn’t like it. Lots of positive press in the Australian forums & TowndawgR50 loves his. Also, you can occasionally get them for $350. My only reservation is that I use the AWD (open center-as opposed to 4Hi or Lo) on my tx14 quite alot here in the wet NW. The Lokka would always be ticking on turns & occasionally doesn’t unlock in the slick-both of which would be annoying. Nevertheless, with a rear LSD already in place it’s a much cheaper option than an air locker. Frankly, It’s a no brainer with the tx10 transmission as you’d only notice it when you switch into 4WD & have your front hubs locked.

This is what happens when you use one truck as a toolbox while you work on another. She’s been patient while I worked on my Mom’s new 4Runner. Now it’s time for some love for the Pathy. Actually, all the developed products for the 4Runner have given me some good ideas on how to jury rig similar mods in my old girl! I’ve even got some RRO Sliders that have been sitting in a box unopened for almost 2 months. So much to do!
