Splash guard bolt problem

Trying to put my splash guard back on, the bolt in the front left will not catch at all, anything I can do to remedy that?

Clean the bolt with a wire brush, and spray out the hole with some Brake Cleaner and get all the debris out of there with a small wire brush. It's possible there's just a blockage. If that doesn't work, pull one of the other bolts out and see if this bolt will go in that hole, if so, the problem is the hole, not the bolt. If not, the problem is the bolt, and they're cheap to replace from Home Depot.

 

If the problem is the hole, you may have to re-tap it.

Use a bigger bolt and 56 volt drill...it'll fit

If you don't have a tap and die set, and have a Harbor Freight around, you can get a set for around $10 or so. Very handy for sure. I've had to tap out one of mine as well.
