solid snake
My gas milage is around 12 mpg, which really sucks. before I go on, this is what I have replaced recently: Changed oil a week ago changed plugs new fuel filter pvc plug was replaced in september need to clean k&n filter, other wise is not very dirty upgraded to msd ignition about a month ago, need to change wire set had fuel system cleaned. Beside oxy sensor, which I will replace soon, what else can I do to increase mileage?

sw
on a more constructive note... oxy sensor & wires should noticably help you can also try the coolant temp senor. the one that sends signal to the computer, changing the sensor for the temp gague wont do squat. this has to do with the computer having an acurrate idea of temperature and setting up a/f mixtures. M in KC
If you haven't and while you're in the area of the MAF you might get your tooth brush and carb spray out and remove the carbon off your throttle body. I don't feel so bad at 18+ mpgs. Then again you've got a few mods that will errode your fuel economy. Where are you driving mainly in the city, wheelin, highway, or some combination there of. Driving habits play a big role in fuel economy as well. I can get 4 additional mpg's in the wife's Maxima if I drive. Granted we get to where we're going a damn site faster if she's qualifying, I mean driving. Is Nissan on the NASCAR circuit? I didn't think so. I'll have to remind the wife, again. Guest 95path addict
It seems like a lot of people bring up fuel mileage , the vehicle I had before my pathy was a 03 jeep grand cherokee 4.0 6 cyl , now there`s a gas guzzler . although it did tow very well and had a super quiet cabin . So anyway I find the pathy`s are not to bad considering , Maybe it is the high fuel cost making it seem that way too .

M thanks for the t/b advise, will clean out this out sunday. "Then again you've got a few mods that will errode your fuel economy." What mods are you talking about, beside the larger tires.
