I found this 1990 diesel pathy with only 80000km in my home town. It is right hand drive and looks pretty good. Check it out below. the Dealers site had more pictures including interior shots.

Need to ask about parts for the motor. Looks like they specialize in vehicles brought in from Japan, can they get parts?

 

Maybe use the drive train in a North American Pathfinder?

I was a little excited about it till I saw the price tag. I have a 92 and just had the tranny done. I am trying to decide whether to give her up or buy a cheap commuter and park her or just keep driving. I am not sure about the parts but it could be worth a call. Let me know.

To someone, yes. The diesel motor has some significant advantages... I'd consider one if they were readily available here. Not for $10K though...
