A little fun on the trails

The Calgary Nissan and Import 4x4 club usually does 2 runs a month. The last year, we've all been working on our trucks or just plain working so it was nice to have most of the "regulars" able to make it out together.

Ruts are always fun. If you don't mind winching or running up the rut, it can be an adventure. If you slip off the and your line is bad, this always happens. If you're locked, you can easily drive out, but he was open so it required just a quick toggle of the winch to get down. We had to turn around as another truck blew out his rear diff running the ruts.

Chicks dig body damage!

BTW is that the same dude on the NPORA site?

I love the look of his Pathy!

Yes he's the same one.

It was such a soft slow lean into the side of the bank, the tires did most of the stopping of the motion. The drivers rear quarter rested flat without much weight, so it didn't crease or dent. So, no damage done.

That's almost a disapointment... I mean, scars are souvenirs in my book!

Whenever I'm washing or waxing, each caress of a dent or scratch brings back memories. And I choose to forget the bad ones and dwell on the good ones!
