I'm in the process of restoring my late father-in-law's 1995 WD21 4x4 Pathfinder. VG30E with the RE4R01A. I noticed that the transmission dipstick is missing and I have been unable to source a replacement online or find any documented dimensions to fabricate a new one.

 

I'd be thrilled if somebody here could take a picture of their dipstick next to a tape measure so that I can recreate the factory specs. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Got a picture. Naturally I can't embed the damn thing, so click here. Looks like the dipstick is about 21 1/2" from the tip to where it seats in the dipstick tube. The Hot marking starts 1 7/32" from the end and extends to 1 19/32". (I'm sure these would be nice whole numbers if I had a metric tape.) Hopefully this helps make a temporary one at least.
