      Chris, my R 50 is missing the bumper/trim strip halfway down both the driver and front passenger doors. They appear to have been attached with something like VHB tape. Are these retrievable from the junkyard and if so, can you find some for me. If not do you know any alternatives that might work?

  3. I have the harness and switch ready to go. I don't recommend this job unless you are willing to take your front fenders off or have the patience to take your door tube grommets off and snaking the harness through in such a tight spot. What I recommend is going the junk yard and getting the door tube grommets from an Xterra (1st gen) and using those to run your wire through and maybe larger door speaker wires or other wires you may want to run to your doors.
