MIGUEL
Hello ! I want to replace a windshield. Has found out a line. What it for a line? Radio or the alarm system?
jj big shoe
The line in the center of the windshield is an antenna for the radio. I'm not sure how it hooks up, though. Those fender flares look pretty cool. What brand are they?
hardwaretoad
That's part of the diversity antenna, you'll have to make sure your replacement windshield is equipped accordingly. Also, if you ever have to replace your fender mounted antenna you'll need an adaptor to hook the windshield mounted one to your new one, unless it's a Nissan antenna and not an aftermarket one. That being said, I've replaced my fender antenna without hooking up the windshield antenna & have noticed no difference in reception. Depends on how good your receiver is. Personally, I wouldn't bother spending the extra cash for the windshield antenna, I'd just make sure it's tinted & let it go at that...
statikuz
Yep, my windshield doesn't have an antenna wire in it and the reception is just fine.

02silverpathy
jj big shoe... they look like flexy flares, i was looking for flares for my R50 and came across them. unfortunatly i am not as serious of an off-road-er so they didn't carry the look i needed!! here is one of many links with the flexy flares http://www.offroader.com.au/tech/flexy-fla...o-gx-kzj120.cfm
hardwaretoad
Was jj asking about the rubber ones, or the painted "hard" ones that they're mounted to? Inquiring minds need to know...

88pathoffroad
Russia, I do believe. Those look like Bushwhacker cut-out flares with add-on rubber flare material.
