To be honest, I wouldn't know, had a buddy do it. Maybe a 1/4 inch. Buying Rancho xl9000 shock to help with weight.

You might want to look into Sway Away torsion bars as well. Just an idea...

 

I was thinking about the air flow now. If it happens to over heat, I will change something up, I believe I should be alright.

Sorry, didn't mean to jinx you! While the WD21s have a good cooling system, the grill isn't very big for the size of the radiator. Hopefully it will be alright, it was just the first thing that came to mind.

Looks good, what is your plan to finish it, paint or powder coat?

 

 

Just remember that the shocks are not going to help carry the weight, only dampen it/control compression & rebound motion for better manners. The T-bars are what carries it and the SAW bars will have an easier job doing so.

You know to be honest, I am looking at a axle working. Found a Chevy truck with axles Dana 44, probably going that route. No more money into the ifs.
