Rattle and squeal in engine bay front

I am having a consistent squeal in the belt area at idle and increases with the rpms. I also have a rattle with rapid acceleration. The serpentine belt, tensioner, and fan clutch has all been replaced. I'm inclined to believe they are related. Any help is appreciated, I am a mechanic by trade and can do most work on my own. 2006 Pathfinder LE 4.0.

The early VQ40s apparently had timing chain tensioner issues. Does it sound anything like this?

Yes , that's it. I have heard about the chain problem is that something I might be able to do ?

Another question if I were to leave that be for a few more weeks with minimal driving will it cause more of a problem or be okay until I can get to it?

On second thought, I have a power train warranty it might be covered I will have to check that.

There aren't a lot of R51 owners on here to give advice. You'll probably get more/better advice on Nicoclub or other forums with more late-model Nissan trucks. You might find discussions of warranty repair as well.

Thanks for the help. It is covered under my warranty. Now it is just a matter of positively confirming the issue.

Yes, my thoughts exactly. Nissan has replaced the guides and tentioners with newer versions to correct this issue.
