My technique is to soak the bolts in PB blaster for a few hours (PB Blaster>WD40). just repeat the spray every 20-30 mins a few times, and then let it sit for a while.

 

IMHO if you dont have PB blaster in your tool box/tool cabnet, you are just wrong.

I feel so strongly about this that it may not be opinion, it borders on fact.

Yes, Kroil is good as well, very popular with mold makers. Too bad all the good ones stink to holy hell...

I agree that PB Blaster works well. Liquid Wrench is another...

 

I'd have a hard time calling WD-40 a penetrating oil, no matter what it says on the can. You'd probably get the same effect peeing on the stuck part... :lol:
