Towncivilian
The only ones I have heard of is Bosch and Brembo. Out of those choices, Bosch or Brembo are good picks. Edited June 25, 2013 by Towncivilian
Trogdor636
I've heard of Ferodo and Magneti Marelli. Both from motorcycle racing. Ferodo has high performance brakes, Magneti Marelli makes ECU's, wasn't aware they made brakes.
Precise1
As above, I have only heard of a few; Bosch, Brembo and Ferodo. I have used a lot of Bosch parts over the years, specifically for my air cooled VWs and have found that they make solid products, you get what you pay for principle. I don't know who made the OEM rotors for Nissan, but they are quality in my book. The front rotors on our R50 must be original, at 280k km they are worn so there is a lip on the outer edge but still within service limits for thickness. No warp or chatter what so ever, that is quality! Perhaps someone can chime in with the OEM brand name? B
cvdloc
If your in bc I have rotors for sale, not sure the brand.. But they are new still in plastic, got them for free so I'm willing to sell them cheap! Just saying

3rdtimesacharm
Ate are a big european (German?) company that do alot of original equipment. The quality should be there, if that links in with performance I do not know.

RedPath88
The only ones I have heard of is Bosch and Brembo. Out of those choices, Bosch or Brembo are good picks. Along with that I would also add TRW, but as far as I know, they are not known for brake parts here
