Shock Linkage

Found this on youtube, seemed interesting so i decided to share

Wouldn't this be better than a solid link as it actually has room to move where as a solid link (from what i see) would move more foreward when both wheels flex down?

Edit: This might explain what im trying to say a little bit better

The way I see it is this is basically how all 4 links are and perhaps a better way would be to have a bar that can extend not necessarily use shocks in the linkages like in the first video but to use a hollow tube bar with another bar on the inside similar to a shock with some kind of stop so they don't just flex all the way and come undone. This way it wont arc like you see in the third link.

No worries, Basically im trying to educate my self as much as i can on 4x4 suspension systems as they're my weak spot. I generally work on engines.
