monoaural
I pulled a oem hitch of another 4 door at the junkyard. Only problem is, my bumper is in the way when I try to hitch up my trailer. The locking latch on the coupler hits the bumper before it goes over the ball. Only option looks to be to clearance the bumper, or cut off the little tongue style ball mount, and weld in a receiver style. Or get an aftermarket curt or uhaul one. Is there anything I am missing? monoaural
Or a longer ball mount. If it was a receiver style, yes. I wish it were that easy. I thought about changing out the coupler, but I also need to be able to pull customers boats in and out of my shop, so it needs to fit most hitches. Pics! Though I neglected to pull out the trailer, it was a bit chilly.
adamzan
That's odd my other 95 has one of those style hitches but you can remove the flat part... Are there any other holes in the frame to mount it to maybe its too far in?
