  1. If it was a receiver style, yes. I wish it were that easy. I thought about changing out the coupler, but I also need to be able to pull customers boats in and out of my shop, so it needs to fit most hitches. Pics! Though I neglected to pull out the trailer, it was a bit chilly.
  2. I pulled a oem hitch of another 4 door at the junkyard. Only problem is, my bumper is in the way when I try to hitch up my trailer. The locking latch on the coupler hits the bumper before it goes over the ball. Only option looks to be to clearance the bumper, or cut off the little tongue style ball mount, and weld in a receiver style. Or get an aftermarket curt or uhaul one. Is there anything I am missing?
  3. Need a Drivers side marker, carpet for the second row seats, power window switch/plate for the passenger side. And shocks for the rear window and hatch, tow hitch, maybe headlights(contemplating a hard body swap with h4s to replace the sealed beams) I may have found some 31s on CL for cheap. I really don't need brand new tires, I doubt I will put more than 10k miles on it while I own it. I think the key to 31s and a lift, is aggressive looking 31s. I really need to get the back end up higher, it has a lot of reverse rack. Just gonna bend the fender back so it doesn't rub. Throw a side marker on it, and call it good. I put a remote start alarm on it today.
  4. Minor. 2011 Jeep Grand cherokee backed into me. Bent the bumper, tweaked a fender and broke a side marker. The body on this truck isn't perfect, so I plan to bend everything back, and get a new light.
  5. Just got in a fender bender, so it looks like there could be 800 for fixing it up. Do you think I can get it lifted and new 31s for that?
  6. I may have seen it. I wasn't much of a truck guy, since I am more of a pavement pounder. Now that I have the skis, and a 4x4 truck, that should change. Also have friends that wheel. I have been at audio pros for 5 years, but haven't worked on too many pathfinders. That is 99 near Lathrop road. I tend to collect cars as well, but I do have a bit more variety. Most of the same make and model was two diesel rabbits, though one was the truck, the other a 3 door. The plan for the audio is two of these With one of these Only thing is, I really don't want to mount the amps on the box, or on the back of the rear seats, so we will see what I can cook up. First up is tires and alarm, loud stereo comes after. We will see what pick n pull offers, maybe I can find some lift springs for a JGC or pathy. (Yeah, right). I did get the H&Rs and Bilstiens for the BMW at pnp, though.
  7. Wow, for not a super huge forum, its kinda crazy to see people from Manteca. I think I will enjoy being lifted, but the BMW might even go lower. I like good sounding stereos, but there is quite a bit a fun competing with the loud ones.
  8. Picked up a 91 SE to tow the jetskis and go to the snow with. Hopefully I will learn how to wheel a little bit and goof off some too. Not used to this lifting deal, always have been lowering. Paid not too much for it, needed a very deep cleaning and a lot of little things fixed. First up is tires. Big nasty bulge on the passenger front. Probably will do some JGC springs and some UCAs and 33s. Not sure yet, still have to figure some stuff out. I do car stereo, so I have some big-ish plans for that, hopefully will compete in dbdrags. Some of my other cars Still have the BMW, and a miata.
