well idk if this will help but when i have my 6 100watt fog lights on plus my regular lights(35watt hids) and by backup fog lights on my voltage drops a noticably amount i never really drive around very long like that so idk if it draining the battery or not. I just know i can see my voltage drop close to 12 on my dash

I have four lights on my roof and dont have a problem with them. Only if I turn them on for extended periods of time without the truck on, makes it hard to crank the truck over the first time. But if you are driving or the vehicle is on you should not have a problem.

I've got 2 35w lamps plus 4 more 28x LED lamps and my voltage stays around 14.2v. I suggest getting an optima yellow top battery if you're concerned you're going to kill it. Actually I consider getting one regardless, they're amazing batteries.
