My passenger side rear window regulator/motor has gone out (it goes down, but not up - can hear it working, but it doesn't actually move the glass).

 

I know I can get replacements on ebay, rock auto etc. but none list the REAR door units.

 

I know front and rear motors are the same, but are front and rear regulators the same also?

i have the same problem is it the motor or regulator

 

I think it is the regulator as the motor still whirs and attempts to pull it up. However, the cable is tangled now so I figure it will be easier to get a complete motor/regulator assembly.
