my motor is getting tired and my RMS is leaking passenger side lifters are ticking bad so im thinking of swaping a new motor in i remember reading that the 3.3 is a direct bolt in and uses the same sensors and wireing harness, is this true and is there anything else i need to modify to make that engine fit and one other question i have pacesetter headers will they fit the 3.3?

I'm currently doing the swap. It's a direct bolt in. You'll need to swap over the upper intake assembly and do some small mods to make it work but nothing overly complicated that a typical guy can't handle. There are a few guys who recently completed the swap on this board.

Nissannut has some good information as well.
