Well I robbed the one from my friends to test and now I am x4 but se will se what happens here in a minute or 2

The sending unit is new I am tring to swap fan out now, its great having a computer in the garage

 

Did you swap out the ECU sending unit, or the guage sending unit? We have 2 different ones on our trucks.

I swapped the gauge sending unit it was the fan now its back to normal thanks for all the help guys.

Oh nice. When you first get into the central area where you're actually at the power line structures, have you been to the far right trail that heads off right next to the power line structure? I've only been straight and left once you get to the main opening. You've followed the trail that goes straight ahead from the road that takes you in right? The one that leads to the big red pit like you can see in my pictures?

show me where (and i'm not talking about the one on the radiator cap) usually its on the t-stat housing but ours is not the "highest" point for air to get trapped...i've never seen it so i'd like to see a pic...

hmm my 87 never had the bleeder there that "elbow" was solid...in your pic the bleeder is still lower than that hose going into the Tstat so air could still trap up top and I don't think the VG30E even has that hose:

There's a bleeder on top of the intake, at the back. THere's a sticker beside it that says "Never open hot" or something of that nature.

They don't, why I pointed out the engine type, my 88 has that bleeder in the hose. The little hose jumps off and runs to a T fitting in one of the heater hoses on the firewall.

Whats the purpose of that hose, the one that runs to the heater hose? Is it just for bleeding purposes?
