Give the entire area around the leak a good clean (water blast, or whatever) then go for a spin and then pin point where the leak is. From your picture it looks like yours has been leaking where mine is. I have an engine manual and was planning to pull it apart.

I had the same problem so I started taking the intake pipes off and noticed a significant amount of oil and sludge buildup downstream of where my pcv valve enters the intake.. removed turbo and intake manifold and cleaned them both out and bought a new pcv valve and a catch can in hopes of solving the blow by problem...i guess this happens at 29:1 compression...good luck
