Radio Wiring from Tyre Carrier

So its pretty self explanatory, Need to get a cable from the back (Tyre carrier), to the front (inside the cabin).

 

Ideas? Pictures/Diagrams if anyone has any leftover, or has time to take some would be really REALLY helpful.

One thing i goofed on my 95 was the location of the whipper on the carrier... so I had to open the tire carrier to open the back glass...If I ever get back to that truck i think it's going for the roof rack or cowl with a dual setup...my 87 didnt have a carrier and i just got a ball mount (then converted to an angle mount)...

I routed with existing bundles until I got up to the drivers seat and then I shot it across to where the center console and under it then under the shift boot and to the CB mounted below the radio

 

 

Here is where I installed the CB in the 95
