Wheels Don't Fit Over Warn Hubs

I have a 2003 Pathfinder SE 4X4 with six spoke wheels and when I installed a set of Warn premium hubs my wheels wouldn't fit over them. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you work around it??

You'll probably have to have the rims bored out. Or buy aftermarket rims with a center bore of 100mm or larger.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you think boring out the wheels to 100mm will affect the structural integrity?

Most likely not. Most Nissans (Wd21 Pathfinder, Hardbody, Frontier, Xterra, R50 Pathfinder) run 100mm bore on the rims.

 

Just make sure if you go that route that you do all 4 rims, and the spare, so you can rotate your tires.

I also have an 03 pathy you just need to get new rims, that is what I am doing. I would get the American racing teflon coated rims, they are pretty nice. and cheap $90 a rim. If you do bore them out the hubs will stick out, probably more than you would want them to I wouuld just get some new rims if its in your budget.

For future reference, for the next guy -- assuming they're Nissan rims -- can you post up a pic of the rims you have.

Standard 2001 SE 16 inch clear the hubs if you remove the plastic center caps.
