Another Pathfinder

Ok....so heres the deal. I am interested an a pathfinder. I just want some advice.

 

The good:

only 190K on the motor

newer automatic trans. approx 20k on it

good interior

2" body lift

2 good 32" tires.

 

 

The bad:

Front end collision

needs new drivers side quarter pannels

needs new hood.

needs new rad support (rad is still good

needs new headlings

needs new tie rods. Cl... basically new steering stuff.

needs 2 tires

some rear end body damage

paint after new parts???

 

I bought both of my pathfiners for $500 each. both needed new water pumps but otherwise nothing major.

The owner wants $800 I just dont know if $800 is worth it?

 

that do you think?

i think 800 is a little steep for a wrecked "gas guzzler" with nearly 200k on it.

 

and i know that the VGs last for nearly forever, but still overall look at the market, seems a bit high

Unless your buying it for the motor/tranny or some other specific project $800 is alot for a fixer.... Not that im one to talk about buying other peoples projects... but the Z has a specific purpose...

Yeah, for $800 you can get one that deosn't need rebuilt, saftey inspected and a rebuilt title.

 

Though if you wanted to SAS one, it might be a good start, but not for that much $$$.
