I completely removed my rear sway bar and I really cant tell a difference in the ride, but it flexes alot better!

X2 on that for me. I can tell when I;m in a hurry and try to take corner faster than I should, but other than that it's all good. I drive it 80mph almost everyday with no problems. Save yourself a little $$$ and just take it off temporarily just to see what you think.

I have a R50 will that make a difference

What we are saying is just disconnect (remove) your rear sway bar.....Only a few bolts involved...Go on a couple of test drives, take it slow at first, it will lean alot more in curves. Once you get the feel of it, take it to higher speeds to see how you like it. I would not remove it unless you wheel alot, but on the same note, it is a 5 minute job either way.

As for R50 or WD21.....A sway bar is a sway bar....all vehicles have them and they all serve the same purpose....to stop body roll. The disconnects are an outstanding idea and I have heard that they work great, but since it's a 5 min. job to remove the whole thing.......why bother? (save the money for better things)

correct me if I'm wrong please, but i have heard that you only want to disconnect one side of your sway bars, as they are a pita to get lined back up if you undo both. Sounds reasonable to me that you would only need to release one side.

I took the whole Swaybar off and left the end links hanging for now, no problems at all. No it wont be hard to re connect, but some just disconnect one side for a faster disconnect option. I didn't want anything clanking or getting " caught up" so I removed it all. It's up to you, try it if you don't like it put it back. IRNABFDP!

Yep same here, the night before out last group wheeling trip here I disconnected mine. On the way to the meet I had a local paper van try and run me off the road. I had to swerve to the right and then back to the left (on to the shoulder and back on the road) to avoid a collision. I did notice extra body roll, but it was not so much that I could not maintain control.

Remove it, try it.... I recommend more than just a couple test drives before making your final decision. And go from there :)

have em, they're OK, u gotta drill the hole in the sway bar to 0.5" if I remember correctly. They make clunkin noises over bumps, ended up just removin my sway bar about a month ago, I'd try that first before spendin money on disconnects

well its a null point now, i put on my lift (finally) and the sway bar nuts would break loose (actually most of them we had problems with) so we ended up having to cut the sway bar links at all the corners. so im gonna have to at some point (maybe) but its good to know about the issues with them and such
