Uneven tire wear

So i searched for a while but didn't find quite what I was looking for...at any rate. my pathy sits a tad lower in the front, which I know some people desire. But, my two front tires on the inner edge are totally bald and starting to tear. (Obviously I'm getting new tires next week and not driving it until then) good old PO's.

I found reciepts for the shocks being done about 60K ago though they are just crappy mountain ryder I think.

What I'm wondering is could crappy shocks be the cause?

Or does the torsion bar need to be adjusted? (I guess that wouldn't really have anything to do with the tires but that could be why it sits lower in the front right?)

Obviously I'm new at this thanks for your patience and help

Shocks won't cause it, T-bars might. You need to have it alligned. Wear like you are describing is usually caused by the camber being off. When the T-bars are adjusted or sag, they can change the camber (along with toe and caster).

GG

If your planning on doing any suspenstion upgrades you might want to look into having a Goodyear Lifetime Alignment... I know I like mine...

If you get the Lifetime one, and you do a Suspension Lift, they will re-align it for free... You snap a TRE and put a new one on yourself... they re-align it for free again sly

A bad CL can cause your tires to look like this / \ and as well will cause inner tire wear. Also, ball joints, tie rod ends.....all things that will be detected before any decent shop does an alignment.

Nice...that doesn't sound so bad...Now to find some good tires I'm only thinking of a 2" BL so I think I'll go with the 10.50X15X31 I think it is...bfg a/t unless I can find m/t's for close to the same price.

Typically about a $20 diff per tire...that's not too spendy I guess
