AC has always been an instigator and a reactionary company with poor service and shipping history. Jim joined their forum a long time ago and tried telling people about NPORA, the mods dissed him and put down NPORA without even giving him a chance, so he left.

 

I was a very active member of their forum (over 2000 posts, IIRC) until I wanted to talk about Calmini and L&P and other companies, at which point the mods AND Jane both told me to basically shut up and be a good little AC boy or else. I didn't shut up, so they banned me. After that one of the mods changed my profile to say "Child Molester". They even threatened me with legal action, which is pointless.

 

Point of the story is, don't buy from AC if you don't have to. They're worthless people and they only want to generate business for themselves, even at the expense of alienating other Nissan owners.

Any other place that you guys can recommend to get a BL kit.ac is the only place where I can find one.Im surprised rough country doesnt have one for the 90-95 they do however carry the one for 86-89 I believe.

 

Oh yeah 88 you forgot to mention they have crappy products.well I guess thats a given.

If you do not want to deal with AC then call a local off road shop.... AC does not make the one they sell. I got one locally, it's made by Performance Accessories which iirc is what AC sells.

 

As covered MANY times on this board, the only difference for the newer models is the bolts in the back. And if you really look you CAN find them else where. AC does not make the bolts, which means they get them somewhere... and if they can get them, then so can you.

 

 

*Really you don't even have to call a local shop... the one I delt with simply drop shipped it from PA right to my door

Ive seen your post on that before whre the bolt for the back was mentioned. I guess RC would be the palce to get them and cheaper by $15 .

 

I just dont have any idea what bolt to look for for the back.got any pics or part # ?

*BTW a pic or part number is not going to help, you need lenght and thread detail to get the right ones... if you have a bolt specialty company nearby (here we have Tacoma Screw), then take the bolts needing replaced in and tell them what you need in place of them.
