WD21 Front bumper

Somehting like a Line-X or Rhinolining would be good probably.

Simple and Easy

 

I will have access to some metal cutting equipment in the morning and a welder.....

 

I will be having a 1/8 fabbed up within the next 2 weeks...

Sunday is up in the air at the moment, we have a "Special Visitor" this weekend.... Ill explain in person...

Well its mounted

The individual assisting me decided to torque the bolts on the drivers side with a air gun and stripped the bolts :furious: So Tomorrow I get to find some longer bolts and some Lock nuts to go with it.....

 

Regretably it is not a simple mount, lots of welding involved....

 

Still need to fab up something to tie the bottom of the bumper into the tow hook mounting holes.... Wire the signal lights in to the corner marker lights....

 

Ill get some Pic's tomorrow....

Woohoo! This time I wasn't the one to F it all up! Yipee!

I am good, I just might be a little tight on time.... 5pm should be good...

Oliver is all set for the moment.... Was taking forever to drill out the broken bolts ... so we imporvised and used some C-Clamps and Loc-Tite.... its should be good for now... we will need to find some time durring the day and a Air Drill....

 

BTW he also liked my bumper
