Difference between Thorley auto and manual headers

I just found a local guy selling a set of Thorleys for CHEAP. Brand new, for the 90-95 auto Pathfinders.

Since I'm wanting to install these on my R50, I'm trying to find a header setup that may possibly work. What's the difference between the auto and manual headers?

I dont think there is really a difference... I have the DTE-464-2 on my Auto, Slick has them on her Stick...

I have wondered if they would fit on a 3.3... I think the headers would fit just fine, it will be the drop downs/cross over pipe that will give you a headache

nothing AFAIK. I didnt even know they made autos. I havent heard of anybody having manual headers that DIDNT fit an auto.

all you need to do to make the thorelys fit your R50 SHOULD be just a new Y/down pipe(s)

*EDIT* Damn, Mr T beat me to it.

Thanks for the responses. I'm a little lacking on WD21 part knowledge. :P

I'm going to try and fit them on my 5-speed R50. I'm not counting on the y-pipes working. All I really need is the top header section. The rest can be custom made. :D

And for the price, I might as well.

Give Thorley a call... With the radical changes in the front suspension and steering design between WD and R50, I suspect there would be interference issues between the primary tubes and chassis parts.

I see issues there, kinda like

But then, if you just need the header bolt up and can fab the rest like

Then you have it made. ;)

as for your R50.. depending how much fabbign you wanna do is to how they will fit.
