  1. I assume the fitting of this one is nicer. I know the Navarra one leaves some gap between the snorkel and the fender... although... gap vs. crumple zone of the unibody... hmmmm. yeah.
  2. There are probably already a handful of links to this thread on PCoA... but they have finally gotten somewhere... http://pcoa.org.au/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1...a&start=165 Skip to the last couple pages.... It looks good, but considering even he would go with the D22 if he were to do it again... I'm not sure how excited I should be. It's awesome though, that someone finally did something for the R50's.
  3. My ex had a Surco rack on his X... wasnt too bad, no complaints. AFAIK, they're not that cheap to buy. (We got it used)
  4. That's funny!! Not that I have done any "testing" but there are times I drive normal - trying to keep it under 3000rpms, and others where I drive like a damn maniac... and I cant say the overall damage on a tank of gas was all that different. I have found the worst for my truck is the cold (I can almost hear the truck GULP the gas) and the best have been long drives out in the sticks, not many stops... (as opposed to in the city stop and go, and the insanity that is the highways in the city.)
  5. His website has expired... I wouldnt suggest anyone else order anything until we hear from him again... zeppelindrummer, and anyone else who hasn't received stickers, I would suggest you check out his profile, there seems to be a couple ways to contact him there... let us know if you get anywhere. He as been around (last visit - March 1st) it's possible he didnt see this thread -- try PMing him.
  6. you mean the splash guard? It's not for that...
  7. Beefy eh? I can bend one up pretty good. (and have!!)
  8. Might I suggest ebay? That's where I got mine.
  9. It's just the basket, it came with u bolts to affix... I now have them attached the the Thule bars... before that they were attached to the stock Nissan crosser bars.
  10. http://www.warn.com/truck/hubs/premium_app...ion_chart.shtml
  11. mmm... The warn hubs for the pathy is part # 29091.
  12. Yeah, they wont let me move to the states even if I wanted to... customs has my number. I got raked over the coals the last time I crossed the border alone, she was convinced I was coming over to work.
  13. The same rack was sold up here in Canada under the name SPORTRACK... I've had mine for 3.5 years... and it's great, especially for the price. Mine was a bit more than what GG paid... but still very much worth it!
  14. I'm stuck in a snowbank, and my igloo is frozen shut.
  15. Just leave them locked in times like that (for me, I'll do that during the winter when we get a bunch of storms)... when the hubs are locked, its basically the same set up as your stock hubs... you can then shift on the fly as you did before the manual hubs.
  16. I know nothing of the sort... I have a set on my truck. The warn hubs for the pathy is part # 29091. Welcome to NPORA!
  17. Not a bad idea... I suppose the difficult part is us all being all over the world... I typically post anything of worth in the appropriate location section.\ I believe we have a calendar... adding to it is another thing... likely an 88 thing.
  18. I would say she was looking at 96+ pathys... and if you ever do see her again, let her know that there are in fact lift kits for the unibody pathfinder, and they can infact be wheeled. As mentioned above, you have an entirely different beast, so she was really out to lunch.
  19. Not too shabby... nice job going around the sides too!
  20. Few people up here have painted the plastic on their Xterra's black, they used the Krylon plastic paint AFAIK, might be something to look into.
  21. R50's don't have torsion bars. Struts & Coils ahoy!
  22. I've read a few threads about the possibility of SASing an R50... as they said... it wont be a simple job. I'm sure it's possible with enough time, money & engineering... or a magic wand!
  23. TJM is a no go.... they're done with the R50. As zonian mentioned, ARB & KMA make front bumpers for the R50. Rear ones are custom.
