  1. the front signal is more easy to remove I did it to add light next to the signal so it turn on also whit the quarters (like passport or Chevy blazer models ) just remove the two screws and take light out then open the light and from the inside remove the bulbs if the bulb base is damaged or the cord is broken there is no other way but change the entire piece.
  2. Is a US model I purchase in California The connector is out of voltage when I pull it open and measure it with the volt meter it didn't´t show any measure with the light switch on I believe is something else internal but not sure what can be
  3. Hello everyone happy new year !!! Thank you so much for your help . I was washing my Phaty last weekend and when I finished was very late so I turn on the headlights and fog lights to see how they work the headlights work properly the fog lights have a switch in the dash board between the back door switch and the back mirror control in my 1990 model and turned them on. Usually it can be turn on only if the headlights are on, and a small light in the switch also turn on. This time no fog or switch light came out . I checked the cable connectors in the fog lights and those are ok the bulbs are ok .I notice that when I turn the switch on a relay sound came from somewhere in the dash board next to the passenger side when they work in the morning now I can´t hear it. I check there are two small fuses in the panel of 20A for Fog ligths in yellow color next to the radio fuse. but both are OK. can be possible the water cause some problem and if so how can I solve this?. I have the manual from the 1994 in pdf format but model seems to don´t have the switch in the diagrams or the lights well even the lights. je je Is a US model I purchase it in California well this is what happened thank you so much for your help in advance. and ...happy new year again. :fireworx:
  4. yep I have the same problem with those I have to change also the relay rod (also know as the center link ) is the large bar from the steering that holds both sides tension rods in close turns it start to "cry" LOL and after remove all those bushings sound go away Hope yours is not so bad as was mine in the picture In the case of the stereo system I have no sub installation experience but seems your post will be help for further projects
  5. As long as i know the front suspension is a headache if the Phaty is 4WD to remove the motor because is hard to remove the engine´s mounting things, and as the tranny is in the middle of the front seats under the car there is not need to remove But! if it is 4WD it be more hard because the transfer case have a lot of things to remove if the tranny is normal 2WD is easy and you can remove both more easily. Unfortunately I have no experience with that by my self only saying what I have heard from experts I know and I am not sure where to but I found full Pathy manual like Haynes but in PDF format in this forum if I found the link I reply to you so you can download it and see all drawings and helpful information there It help me a lot

  13. I was watching videos on UTube and suddenly I get to a commercial from Mattracks and I wonder if as the web page said "there can be fitted on SUV and Vans" I wander how a patty looks with that stuff on? here is the web page http://www.mattracks.com/html/105_series.htm this things are amazing but I believe also expensive they said the central wheel have holes to fit as tire instead of the rim so you can change them by your self with a X wrench the problem may be lift it high enough to fit those things and the video is here http://mx.youtube.com/watch?v=emKRZHWHd_Y I saw many videos on different SUV but not yet in a Pahty of any Year or Infinity I wonder if how expensive is this stuff ? Greetings to all
  14. Well in my case I only need it to carry the garbage from the house as I don't want to the inside of the car have smell of garbage I only decide to screw this plastic box used to carry fresh chicken LOL(very well washed of course) on top since I have her she has those bars that I not sure what are they for but I haven't remove them because I like how she looks (I believe is for a special brand of rack) And amazingly I notice that is not necessary to tie with ropes or something else to this cage because is very deep and the wind don't blow up the garbage bag will running (I notice because I forget one day to tie it and I drive in the highway 12 kilometer at 70MPH here in Mexico is allowed and the garbage didn't ever move) So then I decide to look for a second box to place next to it so that my Pathy appear uniform. and as soon as I take them I show you how it looks Now she looks like that

Thanks a lot for the manual it really help me a lot The exact place where the oil is leaking is hard to know as the place is full of oil every where but I can see many different parts where is more than amount I checked the transfer case have a 4WD switch plug or something there is many and where the middle of the three parts are joined (now I know thanks to crazyhayseed to provide the manual) but in the drawing no gasket is showed so here are the pictures Very hard to get there to take pictures, the 4wd switch or neutral switch (not sure yet can be find in here ) From the rear no much to see The under guard don't let me see much but have no enough time to remove it Here the amplified detail The zoom of the joint it looks like there is no gasket at all but the apparency can fool me I also noticed that one of the boots in the small arm of the transfer gear control is broken I have to replace it The cover dust is lost :-( the center case oil seal must be broken Well all I have to do is read very well the manual and then carefully with time and patient fix this out Thank you :D
