  6. Well what to said this really make me sad I was driving to school when suddenly my truck stalls, the reason My timing belt blew up now I'm sorry to said that my pathy dies. Now what do you guys suggest me to do? Sell it at a junk yard or used to learn how it works and disarm it all?

  8. Hi I was wandering is this is normal or not I have a USA 1990 model VG30E and each time I turn on the ingnition @!*%ch no check engine light come on. So I think may be is because the bulb was blown this since I got my truck 2.5 years ago Now while cleaning the dash I found time to remove all and see if I can replace the tiny bulb (I have extra from yunk yard) and my surprice was there was no bulb there I beielved that the previus owner remove it, and I place a new one but this is what I found The ligth is red instead of yellow there is no check ligth in my dash panel or engine drawing on it, still the light come on when I open the switch and I letf the bulb there just in case but never goes on when running but is goes on when I open the switch (guess is because here is no problem) the weird think is this check engine light is normal ? or this model does not have check engine light?( on the gauges panel) the the ECU diagnosis shows all OK here is the picture of my dash only red light come on strange or is just the normal in this model? Also is there any connector under somewhere to chek the engine with monitor? or just with the ECU ligths? thank for your comments and help

  15. In Mexico worn piston rings is equal to "cancer" in your case is detected on time I believe is better to swap the engine cos now you fix one cylinder tomorrow the next or something else and the battle will continue and never end until you have done the whole engine rebuild better if you do it at once
  16. I'm just kidding if I could I lift it and paint in black or dark blue and add a nice roof cage and some couple of fog lights
  17. looks very cool I like it I have the same idea I also modify my turn light to ber corner ligths and turn at the same tiem as my gif below shows I wanth to change my bumper from one like yours

  20. I didn't notice until you mentioned this other view looks exactly the same different angle and the first three in the front are with same sun light I am gonna check again for this issue is very weird uh?
  21. check the connectors as they are in contact with water sun and wind sometimes get dirty (even with the rubber covers ) and make false contact also cables it was a whole day work for me to change the cord because one was broken internally check them with Ohmmeter for continuity from relay to terminal in light and from battery (not connected) terminal to the relay I change the source from the head light to the corner lights so the condition of head light to be "on" in order to use fog lights was canceled now I just have to turn the quarter lights instead to see if the fog are working This is the original diagram before I modified from my 1990 may can help you or not depends on model but is as it comes from factory in my case
  22. Hey npora members I change the head cover gaskets on my VG30E engine and this is the process after a hole day of fun I am proud of say this is the first "heavy" work I ever done on my engine so probably you notice I forget professional steps like cover the air intakes with something to avoid anything goes in there or something LOL but is was good to me because I learned how to do it. Is not the BIG job but is very hard I can tell. first of all the right side (the easy one) after cleaning the cover I change the Phillips screws for the hex head screws and the old gasket was broken in some areas the new gasket installed with the proper sealant and finally the right side done now the PITA work first remove the manifold was hard and when I get it done this is what I found after cleaning all and reorder the distro (Thank you very much MYPath1 for the big big help ) Because I forgot to put a mark in the distributor and I don't what to do but he told me just the right way. and finally everything back together well thats it hope you can tell me your opinion and shy not good and bas critics and suggestion claims etc etc thank you
