  1. is this stock deal? not sure about the r50 models but i thought they just had a rotor. cap and rotors are readily available in the US.. no clue about mexico. hopefully other r50 owners will chime in. bienvenido amigo. got pics of your truck?
  2. oops. missed the r50 part. you're right.
  3. this is a big pita man. probably a lot. and thanks glad you're enjoying our forum.
  4. i have been hearing of some noises but you guys have been most descriptive. that sucks too, our older nissans are really v. good.
  5. i think fueler was pulling our leg just a little. he must've smoked some good chronic and went gangsta on us for a minute. lol
  6. they are on the way already man. thanks though. maybe next time.
  7. well, if you don't unlock them then you're driving with the cvs turning all the time at fast speeds. i am pretty sure they weren't desinged for that kind of whip otherwise they'd be all wheel drive.
  8. you're good man p-j for offering this again.
  9. google? i know there are a few out there, not sure if there is one here.
  10. do the head if that's all that's wrong with it. it's not that big of a job.. there are cheaper rebuilt heads floating out there. there was a link very recently to some.
  11. oh cool. looks like a really good write-up.. definintely will look at it more.. there is a good one here on NPORA somewhere (prob 88's) i actually ment having both the driving and the high beam fillamnets on at the same time + the fogs as the mod.
  12. oh, twisty eh? and yeah when you pull on the brights. i use that one all the freaking time.. lol.. i gotta figure how to make that happen with a flip of an aux. switch..
  13. ok, thanks man. bummer. that part of my truck got mashed a while back and i was trying to straighten it our but that's a little bit too much hassle right now. i was also thinking of trying to trim it higher and making a back bumper that would cover/protect that area in the future (ala Pezzy's)
  14. really, mine has a sweet spot where the brights, driving and fogs are all on. hmm
  15. how did you deal with "double wall" in the back corner?
  16. if they need it. you might as well to the t-belt and all that other stuff.
  17. yeah, for like highway driving you want them unlocked. when you get off road then you want to lock them even if you're not in 4x4 so you could do it on the fly. some swear by them while others, like me, don't care.
  18. i dunno, i have never had a tick or a tap or anything like that.
  19. synthetic is pretty thin. what color is this fluid? have you had to add any fluids? besides the x-memeber there has to be another spot where is't wet.. look harder.
  20. head gasket replacement is way easier. that's a pretty good deal.
  21. it's the supr3m3 h4x0r 43v3r who does best he can.
  22. i think you mean locking hubs. lockers are a different animal. and yes, on the manual ones you'll have to stop and turn them to lock them. personally i like the free running hubs. never have had any problems with them.
  23. i think pathy sat with the front a little bit lower then the back when they rolled out of the factory/ship.
