  1. This is the real part number 24866-54A00 Courtesy uses bogus numbers for some reason. It fits truck and pathys 93 and older. Also the B12 (sentra) 1/86 and newer uses the same part.
  2. 7808 its a 8 volt regulator. There $5 on ebay for 20. $1.49 each http://cgi.ebay.com/7808-VOLTAGE-REGULATOR...p3286.m20.l1116
  3. Wow, nice work. you just keep taking it to the next level. I love that interior cage. I really need to get a bender one day. I want to do a thru dsh style cage also. Oh I want that V8 too.
  4. Nice job!!! Did you get the vg33er working? Do you have a write up on whats involved?
  5. Pretty Cool!!! I think this is the first drivable R50 SAS.
  6. I have the same clearance on the booster. Its close.
  7. Theres lots of little things that are different on my two SEV6s. Map lights started in 93. - i had to add them to my 92. 93 has differnt bumpers and mounts up front. same turn signals 92 has abs ecu under the stereo, 93 under the seat different hoods. 93 r134 - 92 r12 - converted mine. the condensors are the big differnce. Thats all I have noticed so far.
  8. Thats funny I did the exact same thing today. Worked on the steering and welded on that same bracket. Also notched it. Looking awesome!!!
  9. My coil popped out and that is the rubber donut that sits on top of coil. The coil retained on the lower mount. I shoved it back in and attempted to drive away. My buddy had to hold the coil in for a few inchs. My limit strap needs adjusting. I should note I never turned the AC off. It was 105F.
  10. Bumper testing video. http://nissannut.com/trips/jesse_2008/jesse_nut.wmv
  11. I am going to move it up eventually I think. I will have to cut the grill if I do. Right now the grill comes off and the lights unbolt and the winch comes right out. Its a nice snug fit but very easy to do. Most bumper like this require winch install BEFORE the bumper goes on. I also need to still add D mounts and re attach the lower mounts. I removed them because it was akward installing the bumper. The bumper is 60lbs. The empty winch is 40lbs. Mile marker 8k. Not sure how much it weighs after I installed the synthetic rope. The old fairlead and wire rope was HEAVY! Here you can see I butchered the winch solenoid box to fit. Here you can see I smacked it on the rocks. No clearance issues on bumper.
  12. I weighed the bumper. Its 60lbs. I reinforced the mounts and added the winch from the truck with a new fairlead and synthetic. I want to move it higher. But will have to cut the grill and or move it farther outward. What do you think? Should I raise it 1". I hate the gap under the lights.
  13. Very nice. Thats exactly were I need to move mine. I am considering running the bolt all the way through the frame. Problem is the longest 9/16 or 14mm bolt is 6". I think I need 6.5".
  14. Looks awesome. Those coil mounts are far apart. But it may be the axle differences. What is the WMS on that axle compared to a waggy axle?
  15. Nice work. I like that press brake. I need to make one for mine. Its easier if you do the upper link last. This is what I did. The coil mounts first with the axle sitting at desired caster or Pumpkin pointing up about 15deg, since you dont havethe Cs in yet. Then did track bar. Then upper link last. I started another 3 link with a ruffstuff axle truss. My buddy bought this huge 2 piece truss. We decided to only use half per axle. $109 for 2 pieces. The other piece. I am going to build all 4 mounts at my place on his axle. Then take the axle to his place and install.
  16. I would pick up a used 94-95 (94-97 d21) speedo. It must be mechanism in the gauge since its electronically driven. I replaced a speedo on my 85 720 once. At 240k it died or did something similar. The used one was easy to alter to match the actual mileage. I think I had to roll forward 50k. 94 -97 truck speedos are the same. 24820-75P01 24820-75P03 with trip Either option is $138 online.
  17. I noticed my speedo was off by about 5mph on the pathy after the 33 and 4.9s. Stock was 4.6s. I realized my SE pathy did not come stock with 31s. So I picked up a speedo gear from an auto pathy that came with 31s. (read door sticker). I did some FAST research and basically found this. w/d21 87-93 (94 Nissan went electronic) 32702m part code 4wd speedo assemblys. Nissan Part numbers for different teeth counts. AT and MT 31s 32703-31G18 18 teeth (BLUE) AT small tires 32703-31G20 20 teeth (RED) mt 4wd 31s 32702-33G17 17 teeth (My truck should have this one) at and mt small tires 32702-33G19 19 teeth (unknown) Now my speedo is perfect like the truck. (35s mt with 4.88s) Took 2 minutes to swap gears. A little fluid came out. I did a real quick swap. I tested with the GPS at different speeds up to 45mph around town. Within 1mph.
  18. The pathfinder with some suttle changes can be the ultimate daily driver trail rig. I am enjoying mine daily. My wife, kids and dogs love it. Bought last year. SE with the power options, CC, AC SAS its all good. Everything works! Enjoying the ride!
  19. I had this issue on my 96. Here is what I did. Use a 5' breaker bar on the nuts. 2' breaker bar with a 3' cheater. Drill out the old rubber. Cut the sleeve with a sawzall, twice. Cut the AC polys in half with a band saw or sawzall. Use a 3/4 pvc pipe to hold. grease and pop in. More pix here. http://nissannut.com/projects/Poly_bushings Done 3 or so pathys so far. The track bars never seem to wear out. Hope this helps. Works the same on wd21s also. They just last longer.
  20. Thats a great idea. Someone should try an R50 console. It has 2 cup holders and the arm rest is the correct height. Need to to move the p. brake lever over.
  21. Thats funny. Yeah mine were punched. But I could not get a 1/2 bolt through. So I had to clean up the holes.
  22. Thats wierd. I had to re drill every hole on all 4 pieces with a 1/2 bit. They were a little tight. The website still says .5 Adjustable coil bucket for coils up to 5.75" wide. Allows for up to 5" of vertical adjustment. Cut from 1/4" plate steel. Holes drilled for .5" bolts (not included). For use with 5.5" wide Jeep TJ springs. Includes 2 brackets. Part # 1049
